We will generate our own electricity using solar energy and green electricity, with heating via geothermal energy. Our own sources will provide pure Alpine drinking water so you can enjoy healthy mineral water in refillable glass bottles, eschewing the negative impacts of plastic. In-house herb gardens and weekly farmers’ markets will provide regular access to exclusively local and organic products.
