About Shipping
We are based in Western Australia.
For shipping within Australia we used tracked Express Post delivery (delivered
within 3 days), larger parcels require regular mail (up to 7 working
days). For international shipping, we use airmail (most destinations within
5-10 working days).
Shipping costs to your nominated destination are calculated on the
basis of the total weight of the order. Once you proceed to the
check-out, the shipping cost is displayed (prior to any payment).
Returns Policy
Ensuring that
our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to us. If
you are in any way dissatisfied with the product(s) you have received,
we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the
following conditions are met:

For faulty goods: We will
replace any faulty products at our cost within one (1) month of
purchase (unless the fault is due to misuse, normal wear & tear or
modification to the product). Before returning any product please
advise us of the problem. If the goods are faulty, we would pay
the cost of returning the faulty product and shipping your
replacement.

For goods that you are not
satisfied with: Within seven (7) days of receipt of your
purchase, we will refund your money or exchange the product (at your
choice), provided you return the product to us in as-new, saleable
condition. If you choose to exchange the product we will refund you
or accept payment for any difference in value. You would be
responsible for the cost of returning the product and shipping of
any exchange products

Australian GST
Australian Goods & Services

payable for orders consigned to addresses outside Australia (including those paid for
within Australia).
You can select Australian GST-inclusive prices or International
GST-exclusive prices as appropriate. Please note that our check-out will
always charge GST for those products consigned to an Australian address.
