Captain's Roster online converts your roster into an iCalendar file (.ics) which can be imported into all popular calendar programs including Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, Google Calendar, and Facebook (see here for a list of applications which support iCalendar). Your iCalendar file is emailed back to you as an attachment at the address you provide below. Once you've saved it you can use it to sychronise all of your online and offline calendars, saving you the time and hassle of manually entering the information. Make sure when you paste your roster below that it is exactly as you received it with all of the formatting and text the same. If you want to include expiry dates for your medical, passport, etc., click the include miscellaneous dates option below.
