Support Packages

We help businesses to get the most from their computing resources by first listening to their business needs.

We can then apply our expertise to automate and integrate systems to maximise what the I.T. systems can do, giving people more time to think about what they are doing instead of taking up their day performing, repetitive, monotonous and tedious tasks for which computers are more suited. This created a more productive and rewarding work environment.

Pre-Paid Support Packages

Innovative Reckoning provides pre-paid support packages to meet the needs of most customers.

The support package includes a number of hours which may be drawn upon over a fixed period of time. Base packages provide for 40 hours to be used over 3 months, or 20 hours in a month.

Benefits

Lower cost. Pre-paid rates are at least 20% lower than standard support rates. Most will save around 50% over ad hoc support rates.
Discounted rates for work outside the package for work such as system upgrades or major enhancements.
You can upgrade your package to one with more hours at any time by paying the pro-rated difference.
Less hassle. No separate purchase orders or invoices.
Priority. Resources are reserved for each hour remaining under the contract. This ensures that, as far as practical, that somebody will be available to assist you in your time of need.
You won't be charged for travel time on site visits made by appointment. Short call-outs are charged only for the time to travel to site.

Packages can be tailored to regions and application environments on request.

These rates are valid to 2012-12-31 and include 10% GST

Restrictions

Appointments must be made two working days in advance of required site visits.
Support covered under this contract are during normal business hours. Surcharges for may apply out-of-hours support.
No more than 8 hours per day of support shall be provided under the contract except by prior arrangement. No more than the maximum specified hours per week shall be provided in the last week of the term of contract.
Travel time to site may be charged for call-outs of up to 4 hours. No travel time will be charged for call-outs requiring more than 4 hours on site on the same day.
Unused hours are not refundable.

The normal ad hoc support rate is $220.00 per hour including GST, with a minimum of 2 hours charged.
Travel time will be charged at $121.00 per hour including GST. It is not charged for site visits of more than 4 hours on-site.
