Technical Support
The Support Plan will allow you advice and help with software configuration problems, and get you up and running again if your WinForecast installation stops working for any reason.

Preferential Pricing for Version 4 Upgrades
Subscribers to the WinForecast Support Plan are entitled to a discount when purchasing an upgrade Version 4 of WinForecast.

If all support lines are busy during our support hours, you will be
forwarded to our message service rather than having to wait on hold. This is so we can address each user�s
issues with the same attention, rather than having to rush through existing calls to get to waiting callers.
