Ability to access pre-IPO opportunities

The IPO Fund is a specialist Fund dedicated to providing Sophisticated Investors the ability to gain exposure to institutional style offerings in companies looking to list on the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) in the short to medium term.

We believe, via a combination of deal flow from brokers and companies direct to the IPO Fund, we will be able to provide Sophisticated Investors, the ability to participate in such institutional style investments not otherwise attainable. In certain circumstances, such investors may be able to co-invest alongside the IPO Fund to deepen the IPO Fund's funding ability and avoid being overweight in a particular investment.

Our short to mid term goal is to broaden the investment portfolio and reduce any dependency risk. We believe the current economic climate is very conducive to identifying and funding good solid IPO-aspirants as they head for an IPO in more buoyant times.

Investors in the IPO Fund will be given the first right to invest into further investments of the IPO Fund. Also, investors in the IPO Fund will have a priority entitlement (where possible) to subscribe for shares direct in the IPO-aspirant upon that company's IPO.

We aim to engage with our Sophisticated Investors in a number of innovative ways - many of our investors could have particular experience or connections in areas where we invest and to harness such intellectual capacity (via mentors, NED's on investee boards, commercial advancement of such companies etc) is very much an objective of the IPO Fund. Also, by recapitalisations of eligible small cap listed companies, spread opportunities etc become a real possibility by being a part of the IPO Fund.
