WANGS Championship Weekend
WANGS Members - Carts Booking responsibility�� All members booking a cart each week should note � It this is your responsibility to aquit.(pay) for the cart - Should you change your mind and the Golf club charges WANGS then you are expected to repay WANGS for the Cart cost that you booked.
WANGS 2021 Championship Weekend Booking and Pre-payment is required Booking and Pre-payment is required - Busselton golf Club require pre-payment a number of days prior to us playing our championship rounds for 2021. Due to circumstances, WANGS is not in control of all money for Busselton weekend is to be paid to the WANGS committee by Not Later than 15th October 21 so that payment can be made to Busselton Golf club.
Sanctuary resort 2 Ball Ambrose � Paid on the day
Those playing 2 ball Ambrose 1200 2 tee start at Bunbury resort on 28 Oct 21 are requested to nominate as early as possible with final nominations to be completed by 21 Oct 21.

Championship Rounds� � Pre Paid NLT 15 Oct 21�
In line with last 3 years members playing are to pre-pay either the 3 rounds for (2x) Busselton and (1x) Capel or if only playing Busselton the 2 rounds for (2x) Busselton. Please note - Capel 12 Carts have been reserved and Busselton� 10 Carts have been reserved
Capel and Busselton (Fri, Sat &Sun) If playing all three rounds (Capel 29 Oct and Busselton 30 Oct � 31 Oct 21 ) cost is Walking Total cost $130 $100 Green fees (30+70) + Blind Partners and Skins ($10) + Competition fees and raffles ($20) = $130 With Cart Total cost $170 $140 Green fees, Cart Included (Capel $40, Busselton $100)� + Blind Partners and Skins (5+5) $10 + Competition fees and raffles (10 +10) $20 = $170
Busselton Only (Sat & Sun) If Playing the two championship rounds at Busselton 30 Oct � 31 Oct 21 cost is Walking Total cost $90 $70 Green fees (70) + Competition fees and raffles ($20) = $90 With Cart Total cost $120 $100 Green fees, Cart Included (Busselton $100) +Competition fees and raffles (10 +10) $20 = $120
Collection of Fees Tamara Morey and TBC� shall co-ordinate /collect all money for the weekend, Please ensure you are provided a receipt upon payment in full, this will ensure we track the funds appropriately.
Notes from the Committee
From the first games of the year, personnel are required to pay their subscription (membership) fee by the third game that they play.� After the sixth games of the WANGS program, all persons will be deemed as having sufficient opportunity to pay their fees and if this has not been achieved then they can only play WANGS games as a visitor.
Your intent to pay your fees must be conveyed to the Captain or Vice captain whomever is organising the groups prior to playing or you will after the sixth �WANGS� game be deemed a visitor for the day of competition.

This year we will collect pre payment prior to us playing our Open and Trophy days. Tamara shall co-ordinate /collect all money, please ensure you are provided a receipt upon payment in full, this will ensure we track the funds appropriately
Open Carts to be booked and co-ordinated through Pro Shop� - Payment for the cart to be made direct to the Pro shop.
WANGS member and Visitors playing WANGS Open day at Rockingham competition cost Fee $30 (Comp fees + Food + Raffle +Badge draw )
Note this is exclusive of Green and Cart fees�ALL Green fees and Carts to be done booked and paid through the Pro shop

Arrive No Later than 0915 0930 Briefing for start 0945,
Carts to be booked and co-ordinated through WANGS - Payment for the cart to be made direct to the Pro shop.
WANGS member and Visitors playing WANGS Trophy day at Rockingham 9 holes cost is
Without cart $35 (Green fees + Comp fees + Food)
With cart - (Cart add $15 per head paid at Pro shop) $35 Green fees + Comp fees + Food + Cart $15= $50
Non playing attendee $ 20 (Food)
Raffles will be available for purchase on the day
