Life Members 1984 to 2012

In 1984 WANGS introduced into its constitution provision for the recognition of members who had contributed to a significant degree sufficient that they should be recognised by the award of Life Membership.

Since the introduction of this initiative Fifteen members have been recognised Nine of whom still regularly play . Without the additional effort and dedication provided by this select group.  WANGS may well have folded when times were tough and membership low during the late eighties to nineties

He has represented WANGS on a number of occasions with varying success, but is always reliable and dependable to be there for the game.
