AVAILABILITY OF METHANOL FUEL FOR COT SERIES 10/7/09
For those teams concerned about Methanol Fuel availability during the Northline Speedway season and for those interstate drivers attending the COT Series in August/September 2009, please contact Karli Burford at Ausfuel on (08) 8984 0802 direct. Methanol Fuel is normally kept in stock but due to demand, increased stocks will be made available if ordered by teams pre event.
AVAILABILITY OF TYRES FOR COT SERIES 30/4/09
For those teams concerned about tyre availability during the Northline Speedway season and for those interstate drivers attending the COT Series in August/September 2009, please contact Freddie Baker at Max Dumesny Motor Sport on (03) 9338 7477 direct. A supply of tyres will be available in Darwin throughout the season but enquires should in the first instance be directed to Freddie for stock and payments.
IT'S TIME TO GET CONTRACTED 14/4/09
Expressions of interest are now being sought for the fourth installment of the Chariots of Thunder Sprintcar Series, to be held at Northline Speedway in Darwin from mid August.
We would like to announce that we have ten contracted positions for teams who would like to contest the entire series.
The 2009 calendar will be a more team and fan friendly spread of dates commencing on August 14, all dates are listed below-;
Round 1 - August 14 / 15
Round 2 - August 28 / 29
Round 3 - September 4 / 5
A significant increase in prize money this season, should lure more teams up to the warmer temperatures of the top end.
A total of $7,000 will be on offer per round of the series with the series total being $28,000.00.
With the Australian Sprintcar Championship heading to the popular venue in May 2010, expect a lot of interest in this years battle.
