On this page I intend to make available the knowledge I have accumulated through five years use of this product.

I do not intend to promote AutoCAD LT in any way, merely describe how I have used this tool to efficiently produce mechanical and structural shop detail drawings.

The current version of LT is called AutoCAD LT '98. Unless otherwise stated all information on these pages applies to the latest version, however much of it will apply equally to earlier versions. Were possible I will mention the behaviour of earlier versions if it differs.
