To change game language you have to go in the game main folder and modify the "gameLang" file in "Config" folder . You have a line like:
# german version
Translator
To deactivate a language insert "--" before Translator. You can see other languages have it already. Remove the same "--" from the language you need to activate. This works also for Singles 2.

I installed the patch and crack but it just opens and then immediately closes back into the menu. Any way to fix this?

Ok, so for anyone trying to figure it out, I've found the answer. All the files you need are in the download section.
ISO VERSION 522 MB
NOCD 2 MB
PATCH 1.6 59 MB
Install the ISO VERSION, then install the PATCH 1.6, then unzip the NOCD SINGLES.EXE file to your Singles directory. You MUST overwrite the singles.exe file created by the patch. Once the file overwrites, the game loads perfect with the exe file.

Initial download works great. In the game there are items missing for purchase, like the coffee machine. When I apply the patch and go to start the game, it sends me in a loop with a message, this application installed ok, reboot computer to complete setup... which then just repeats every time I go to start the game!

I dont know why this game dont work. When i click on the icone game this message appear "Error generic exception not cought IniFile.keyNotFound:searchPaths:Translator " can you help me please ?

I was able to download and play this game just fine but when I get to the point of finishing the standard game / story mode ( !! SPOILER !! ) and clicking the staircase so the couple could head to their vacation and unlock the villa, the game crashes :( If you guys could share a way to fix this, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

i got this when trying to run it, googled it and apparently you have to change your system language to german before installing it when it's a german disc
i cant be bothered with that though but i'll leave this here as a warning, unless an english iso ever pops up

@nick james: thank you for reporting, replaced the game with another ISO which has a very low suspicious print on virustotal
