A great experience if you want to experience a unique zoo trip. I appreciated that it feels like your in the animals environment and most of the animals from various continents are there. It's literally gonna take you a whole day to go around the main zoo alone so, if your gonna book the other areas make sure plan your trip.

A full day of fun! You can book your tickets on Klook, but don’t forget to fix your date and timeslot on the Mandai website. Also, do keep a track of the show timings and make sure you are near the amphitheatre at that time.

i was happy to receive the invoice online but then when i reached the zoo they mentioned you have to go to a website to collect the QR code. which i have 7 people on hand so i had to individually placed the ticket number online. klook used to have QR code ready without having to do such extra work. abit of an inconvenience.

I was contemplating whether to include this in our itinerary or not because of its location. I am glad I decided to push through this visit. My son and I really had a great time exploring this zoo. Lots of never before seen animals can be found here especially the Hippo, Elephants, Giraffe and Kangaroos. My son really had a great time at the zoo and at the Kid's World section. We highly recommend this activity.

The park's friendliness towards animals can be seen from the interaction between trainers and animals. If an animal star suddenly wants to step off the stage and walk on the street, the trainer will only maintain a distance to protect them silently and will not force them to return to the stage. Although occasionally a few animal stars performed out of sequence (which turned out to be an interesting feature), it did not affect the overall performance quality at all. I could feel the trainer's eyes full of love looking at the animals while sitting in the audience area! Tickets include a guided tour bus (no additional charge required). You can hop on and off at 4 stations in the area, and you can ride it as many times as you like (the tour bus has dedicated wheelchair seats, so you can make up for it if you take your grandparents on a trip~). After we arrived at the zoo, we first took a guided tour around the park to familiarize ourselves with the environment (for example, confirming the location of the stage and which areas we could take the tour bus to to save energy). Later, I discovered that a lot of kids were riding electric scooters around the park. It turned out that there was a rental service at the park entrance, which was perfect for people like me who can’t stand walking. It was a pity that I discovered it too late!

enjoyed a lot in the zoo. As the title says. No hassle on booking experience from searching up to payment of our activity. Been using Klook for several years now and have not experienced anything negative since then. Thank you!

It was a great first time experience. Consider bringing an umbrella/raincoat though! Not sure if it was because of the weather but a lot of animals we're in hiding when we went there. Also consider booking any animal feedings beforehand. They get sold out fast and have scheduled feeding times.

My family and I had a great time at Singapore Zoo. Our day was filled with a lot of animan encounters, shows and the kids even played at the wet play area of the zoo. It was truly a wonderful experience especially to our children.
