My experience at shift went really well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I made an appointment to test drive a car and everything was ready to go. The car buying process was also very easy and AJ helped me out to get a good rate. The only issue I had was with the car “inspection”. Who ever did the multi-point inspection on the car missed a lot of things, all four shocks were blown, the car needed an alignment badly, the center console lid wasn’t even attached all the bolts were missing, a light was out, the front license plate was barely hanging on, the windshield washer reservoir wasn’t even attached, it was also just hanging in there missing a bolt. These were just little things but it makes me feel less confident in the rest of the inspection.
