Based on the biography Alan Turing: The Enigma written by Andrew Hodges, The Imitation Game follows the story of the genius mathematician and cryptanalyst, Alan Turing, who during the Second World War successfully built a machine to crack the German Enigma code.

The intergalactic warlord from Titan, Thanos, is on a quest to collect the six Infinity Stones that will empower him to destroy half of all life in the universe. The Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy must come together to stop Thanos and save the world.

A wealthy and arrogant neurosurgeon becomes victim of a terrible car crash, which leaves him unable to operate. In his effort to heal himself, he realizes that he knows nothing about the universe, and soon he learns about a hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions.

When a secret installation in London is bombed and Admiral Pike is killed, Kirk is sent to Kronos, Klingon homeworld, to capture and kill Starfleet member-turned terrorist John Harrison without provoking a war with the Klingon Empire itself. However, Kirk and his crew soon learn that there is much more about the agent and his mission than what they already know.

This is the second movie the in three part film series The Hobbit based on J. R. R. Tolkien’s book of the same name. In the movie, Bilbo Baggins continues his pursuit, with Wizard Gandalf and fellow dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield, to retake the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor from dragon Smaug.

The movie is adapted from the memoirs of Solomon Northup, an Afro-American violinist who lived freely in New York in 1841 when two conmen kidnapped and sold him into slavery. For twelve years, he is forced to work in plantations and bear the abusive behaviour of his masters. His hope for release comes when he meets Canadian abolitionist Bass.

Based on Ian McEwan’s novel of the same name, the movie tells the tragic story of young lovers Cecelia Tallis and Robbie Turner. A lie from Cecelia’s jealous younger sister Briony sends Robbie to prison and then to World War II. Robbie and Cecelia both lose their lives in the war. 

When on April 6th, 1917, it is observed that the Germans are waiting at the Hindenburg Line to crush the advancing British army, two British soldiers are sent to deliver the message. With telephone lines cut, they must now race against time and cross over into the enemy territory to deliver the message and save the lives of 1600 soldiers.

Following an unexpected visit from the wizard Gandalf, Bilbo Baggins, a simple hobbit from the Shire, reluctantly joins thirteen dwarves on a perilous quest to reclaim their home under the Lonely Mountain from the dragon Smaug. They travel through treacherous lands across the Middle-Earth and encounter various dangerous creatures, including the mysterious Gollum obsessed with his 'precious' ring.

Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok is a superhero movie that pits the Norse God Thor against his all-powerful sister Hela, who is freed after Odin’s death. He joins forces with the Hulk, Loki, Valkyrie and others to stop Hela and is forced to unleash Ragnarök, the destruction of Asgard, to save the rest of the universe. 

Based on the novel The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien, this epic fantasy film serves as one of the three prequels to The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. The film revolves around a hobbit Bilbo Baggins, who engages in a war along with his comrades, to protect the Lonely Mountain from falling into the hands of darkness. 

Young farm-boy Albert is heartbroken when his father sells his beloved horse Joey to the army after Britain enters WWI, and eventually enlists in the army four years later. He is temporarily blinded while fighting in no man's land in France, and while recuperating, learns about a unique horse recovered from the Germans.

The Whistleblower is a crime thriller film which tells the story of a police officer Kathy, who gets a job with the UN. She is assigned to post-war Bosnia, where, soon, she uncovers a human-trafficking ring, and gets fired. However, she is determined to expose the scandal.  

At the height of Cold War, Control, the head of British intelligence, and experienced spy George Smiley, are forced to resign after an agent is killed during a mission to identify a Soviet spy within the organization. One year later, after new evidence emerges, Smiley is reinstated by a Cabinet official to seek out the high-ranking mole.

Following the disappearance of alcoholic poet Beverly Weston, his stubborn, rude wife, Violet, who is suffering from oral cancer calls her sister and daughters for help. They also bring their respective dysfunctional families and soon it is discovered that Beverly drowned. Unfortunately, Violet’s behavior and brutal truth-telling will only drive everyone away.  

In order to curb the influence of Italian mafia in Boston, FBI agent John Connolly approaches state senator William Bulger to form an alliance with his brother, crime boss James "Whitey" Bulger. This biographical film depicts how the latter took advantage of this partnership to become one of the most notorious criminals in the history of America.

The film revolves around the Boleyn sisters, Mary and Anne, who vie for the affection of King Henry VIII. On the behest of their power-hungry family, shy Mary and impetuous Anne try to win the King over. But when he chooses Mary as his mistress, Anne manipulates her way to take Mary’s place and then becomes the second wife of Henry VIII.  

Mowgli is a human child who is raised by a pack of wolves in the Indian jungles. As he learns the rules of the jungle, he is accepted by the animals as their own. However, the tiger Shere Khan doesn’t take a liking to him.  

The film documents the quest of Julian Assange and his associate Daniel Domscheit-Berg to expose the deceptions and corruptions amidst power-lobbies. With meager resources they create WikiLeak, an anonymous platform for the whistle-blowers to uncover dark secrets hidden in classified government information and corporate data. Then they receive most confidential intelligence documents of some of the powerful governments, raising number of ethical questions.

After leading reclusive lives away from modeling world for long time, models Derek and Hansel are enlisted by Interpol to investigate a series of murders of celebrities who died with a Zoolander-special ‘Blue Steel’ look. As they meet special agent Valentina Valencia at Rome fashion event, they uncover a sinister plot designed by fashion-magnate Mugatu, who is after the ‘Fountain of Youth.’  

Penguins Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private are kidnapped by the villainous scientist Dr. Octavius Brine, also known as Dave the octopus, who resents their cuteness. They are rescued by the Arctic elite undercover spy organization, The North Wind. Now they must stop Dave from using his Medusa serum and turning all penguins into horrible monsters. 

Based on Dr. Seuss’ 1957 book, Grinch Stole Christmas, the story centers on a green colored, pot-bellied creature called Grinch, who lives in isolation with his faithful dog. He becomes furious when his neighbors, a bunch of warm hearted humanoids called the Whos, start celebrating Christmas noisily, and decides to sabotage it.
