The meal was fantastic, delicious food, would like if the main course Included something instead of being charged extra for every side dish. Our server Patrick was excellent and went above and beyond. One problem with the reservations, Niagara Falls just went into the red...zone The day we were arriving, the steak house called and left messages to call them back So every time they phoned us we were missing each other so we called back and left messages that we were , Confirming and would be there. The last message said if we did not call our Reservation would be cancelled. We called again and finally spoke with reservations And told them we had indeed been leaving many messages . He said he had not check the messages and was just continually calling everyone. We gladly changed our reservations to accommodate the COVID 19 problems But some frustration could have been avoided if they had listened to there messages.More

Honestly speaking my girlfriend and I came for the view but stayed for the food and service. Everything we ordered was beyond expectations. By far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Niagara Falls. It's Christmas and been in Niagara since Thursday but can't find a place to eat since we arrived because of the COVID protocols and didn't have any reservations. On Christmas day we were so hungry at dinner we decided to try our luck at the...Prime Rib Steakhouse in the hotel since we tried it before and it sad great. Having no reservations we knew our chances were slim especially being a party of 4 with the kids. They did their best to accommodate us and within a few minutes led us in and were very welcoming. They sat us near the window for a great view too! Our server Andrew was so very nice and really tended to our needs. He saw our kids and offered to bring their meals first if the kids were really hungry. Everyone so welcoming. We will definitely return! Thank you so much, it really hit the spot and made it a special dinner!More

It was again an excellent experience @ Steakhouse. Great service by Andrew who did recommend me very tasty Steak and wine. Thank you, Chef was excellent and the roasted garlic attached to my steak was delicious. Andrew was the number One experience associate in Crown...Plaza Steakhouse. Thank you again for making my dinner so delicious during a very difficult time and restrictions in Ontario. My next visit hopefully soon and definitely I will ask for Andrew to serve me again.
