You have everything you need in this hotel and sometimes they even give them for free. Coupons for breakfast, massage, games, etc. It has nice facilities such as a mini-water park, game room, wellness room, and access to the casino.

I work as a conference planner and reviewed this hotel along with several others in the Buffalo and Niagara area for a potential conference site for around 250 people. I have visited many hotels throughout the US and can honestly say this is one of my favorites. The room I stayed in was up to date, clean and comfortable. The hotel is large enough for my conference, but it has a "small hotel" feel to it. The restaurant on site is very good.
I met a number of people on the staff and was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Since I am siting conferences, most hotels make a special effort to treat me well, but I have been doing this long enough to tell a genuinely good culture from a sales-put-on. The great staff culture here is the real deal.
I especially like the location of this hotel. It is directly across the street from the Niagara Conference Center, within walking distance of many great restaurants, and literally steps away from the Niagara Falls State Park. It is also a short walk to Canada, so bring your passport with you! The prices at the hotel, the attractions and restaurants are very reasonable on the US side of the border. For future visits to the falls, I will stay on the NY side and visit the Canadian side on foot.
I'm definitely placing my conference here and will likely be back before then for a weekend with my wife. I highly recommend this property.

Great trip but don’t go to the hot tub after 1030 pm it closes at eleven and the pool lady was upset with us. Everyone else was super friendly just walking by very friendly hello. I left some stuff in the room they located it and are willing to mail it.

Mr. Dezmon right away went the extra mile with customer service with no hesitation. Soon as I checked in he made sure things were in order not just for me but my coworkers who were with me. He made sure my stay was satisfactory day after day. The massage therapist on site was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the Spa services which are accessible for guest at your leisure. There are plenty of things to do within the hotel and several things in walking distance which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend and stay here again although this visit is work related. Breakfast buffet held inside the TGIF was nice and tasteful. Kudos to Mr. Dezmon.

Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the room. Staff pleasant. Anything you need they give you. The room was clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable. Air conditioner/ heat worked perfectly. Absolutely enjoyable would recommend to anyone!!!!

The short stay was fantastic. Lovely hotel. The main point is proximity to Niagara Falls, walking distance only. The location is awesome. All nearby big shops are there. Serene environment and nearby Indian restaurant adds more flavour to our stay

Although this was a business trip there was a lot to see during down time. The falls were in walking distance. Casino across the street along with chain and local restaurants. Conversation center was just across the street.

This was a business trip, which in the end felt like a vacation. The room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The dining and room service experience was also great. Staff was knowledgeable of local events and shopping ideals.

An incredible stay at the Sheraton in Niagara falls. Serenea who works at the front desk greeted us with a smile, made us laugh, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our engagement!
There are many restaurants in the area and the hotel is located just a short walk to the falls. We stayed on the Groupon deal and enjoyed lots of perks-- drink coupons, food coupons. The casino across the street was a lot of fun as well.
We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend.

I had the casino view but the hotel does have 6 or 7 floors and depending which side of the hotel you’re on, you might see a glimpse of the fall
Yes. But before you get excited, other than breakfast, it’s almost useless. You can grab a bottle of water/ coke and pretzels. That’s about it. Breakfast is limited, but can’t complain.
When we were there in March, the pool was open and so were the two hot tubs. No masks were required in the pool area.
Yes, that's where we stayed when visiting the Falls with our dog.
