Guest access
Guests can enjoy full use of the main floor, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and the two, main floor bedrooms. The decks outside are also fully available for use. The loft and the stairs leading up to the loft are not accessible. The garage is also not accessible. There is no access to the beach on the property, though the trail to French Beach Provincial Park is at the end of the street, within walking distance. Guests may not access the properties adjacent to the home.

This home is on a delicate septic system, as are all homes in this rural area. If tampons or anything other than reasonable amounts toilet paper are flushed, the system will be compromised, potentially resulting in guests being charged for repairs.

This home is in a rural area, on the coast of Vancouver Island. Stormy conditions are a possibility, especially in winter months, and power outages can&do occur. There is no generator at the house, though the house is equipped with flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, led candles and lots of warm blankets. Please note, there is no internet during a power outage. Cell service may work if roaming happens.
