My friends and I are such fans of Shelby Lynn's! Everything we have ever ordered has come out absolutely perfect and delicious. The flavor options are awesome, and the staff is beyond friendly. Love that the location is in the cute area of downtown Springdale too!

Shelby did SUCH an amazing job on my best friend's cake!!! I gave her total creative freedom and she created such a beautiful and perfect cake, and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Also, it was so well priced for such a pretty custom cake! I will be recommending her to everyone!! Also, the boy at the register was super sweet and helpful!

Cake was delicious! I had so many compliments on the taste. The design was exactly what I wanted and the pricing was good. Customer service was also fast and friendly.

So I have a wedding coming up that it over 190 days away and I called this place to see if I could do a cake testing. I called and they didn't ask me anything but when my date was. I said it and they immediately said "we are booked then, bye." NOTHING ELSE! Like hello they didn't even ask me what I wanted or how much cake! So rude and awful customer service! Do get your cake from here if you want to be cared about!

The cake was delicious!! I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling. It was so moist and flavorful!

When I picked up the cake, service was prompt and friendly. I was informed to keep my cake refrigerated until it was ready to by enjoyed. The cake lasted for 4 days and didn't dry out at all.

I will definitely be back when I need a cake again!

I ordered a cake on behalf of my brother (while he was overseas) who wanted me to deliver it to his wife at work for her birthday. I gave Shelby Lynn's very few detail... That they both enjoy biking together and that she likes pink roses. They created a birthday cake masterpiece, better than we could have hoped for. Mountain bikers on a hillside, with all the little details, rocks, grass, trees, gravel... and pink roses. So great!

We got our wedding cakes from Shelby Lynns, and the main cake was great - this is why I am giving two stars instead of just one.

The reason this is a negative review is that they never delivered our groom cake. My wife got a very custom cake made for the groom's cake, and told several people about it - it was one of the few things she was most looking forward to about the entire wedding. We sat there throughout the reception, as she got more and more upset that the cake wasn't present, and couldn't be located.

Shelby Lynns admitted that they messed up and didn't deliver the cake, but did almost nothing to make it right. They offered to refund the price of the groom cake, but this is literally the absolute minimum they COULD do - we never got the cake, after all, so a refund is literally their legal responsibility. But they offered us nothing else, to make up for causing disappointment, distraction and distress on what was one of the most important days of our lives. I could not believe that a professional business made no real attempt to make right such a huge mistake.

We will never get this back. We're not going to have another wedding. The one wedding we had, we had to deal with not getting our cake we paid for, that my wife was eagerly anticipating, and which she had told several people to look forward to. And no effort was made to prove that they care about our business, or about our satisfaction with their work.

This was a major, major miss on their part, and they will not receive our business in the future, and we will recommend that others use another shop.

Best cake shop around. We have used them twice and have had great results each time! Our last time they messed up and gave us a cake that we didn't order, but within an hour they had exactly what we wanted made and we were on our way. Great customer service and great tasting cake!
