Great work environment.

I appreciated the opportunity to serve the community and be a part of the great work that Shandon Baptist Church does in Columbia South Carolina. While at times the work was challenging, I had support from the administrative staff. Everyone on staff was helpful and supportive

Leadership is Everything

Leadership was tough. Either absent and hard to be get a meeting with, or wrapped up in the numbers and not at all interested in the person they work with. Some bright spots, but overall, not the culture you’d expect from a church.

Fun Atmosphere and Great Place To Work

Overall a great place to work with wonderful people who were all focused and working together!!! Management was great to work along side, they were right there with us working.

Wonderful place to get started and volunteer. Just as good of a church as an employer. I only worked part time and volunteer yet still feel I learned s lot.
