I've been exploring the Reddit, and I've been coming across posts about these seemingly invincible orc captains with no weaknesses and are almost impossible to kill. I curious to which mode (online conquest, online pitfight, vendetta missions)these orcs could spawn and the platform (Xbox, PlayStation, PC) they might be on. I play PS5, and the only online activity I do are vendetta missions.

The odds of them getting killed by their own hacked orcs is fairly impossible since they are used in Online Sieges so they are set up as defense. They do appear in Pit Fights but those specifically Overlords. Based on your play style you shouldn’t encounter any.
Hacked orcs are those with Mercenary-only epic traits (i.e. you would only see those traits on friendly, hireable mercs from the Baranor campaign), more than 2 epic traits, every single immunity and enrage (more than the normal 7 cap allows for), and no weaknesses.
They're only either as seige defense or in Overlord pit fights, so your chance of finding them in a vendetta is close to nil.
They don't spawn, someone went into the programming and reprogrammed them to have no weaknesses and ridiculous strengths that is how they get "Hacked". They are cheater orcs. You either create one yourself or find one online on PC. I have never seen one on PSN.
