        Pros

I used to have so many good things to say about this firm but now I cannot think of one single thing.

        Cons

They are extremely shady and desperate. “Upper management” truly does just look at you as a number. I dedicated so much of my time and energy into this company that did not deserve any of it. I was fired without any warning. They dug and dug to have some sort of valid reason to fire me. It boils down to poor budgeting. Attorneys weren’t paid market so they got rid of those that were deserving of a significant raise or bonus (a week before that was supposed to be initiated). This place does not care about their employees. They will leave you in the dirt without any thought. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE. The pay is HORRIBLE.

          Pros

Strong 401k scheme (automatic 7.5% of salary paid out at once on Jan. 1st after your first full year), good WLB, availability for OT usually present across teams, pay is comparable, paid parking, always breakfast on Fridays, monthly lunch, snacks always put out.

          Cons

Insurance rather expensive, forced 3 days in office, timekeeping.

Accepted an offer a few months ago. Heard recently they had some layoffs. My start date is in a few months. Should I be concerned about my offer being rescinded?

Has anyone ever not done the best in an initial phone screen? It wasn’t horrible, but definitely could’ve done a couple minor things better. If so, how did you turn it around? Is it best to learn from what you did wrong and move on to the next opportunity? I was so psyched about this job. :(

So sent an email to get the email address of the person I need to follow up with on my interview. No response. Probably not good right?
