Every winner of People’s Sexiest Men Alive since 2013, including Patrick Dempsey in 2023
People Magazine announced Patrick Dempsey as the 2023 Sexiest Man Alive, putting the former Grey’s Anatomy Dr. McDreamy on the cover of their latest episode. He’s the 38th man to grace the front of the handsomest edition of the year, an honor that dates back to 1985 and Mel Gibson.
There have been actors, singers, athletes and politicians picked to top the list of good looking fellas over the years, and Dempsey is just the latest to add the title to his resume.
Dempsey is best known for his role as Dr. Derek Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy, but the 57-year-old actor really bust onto the scene with 1987’s Can’t Buy Me Love. He’ll be in 2023’s highly anticipated Ferrari across from Penelope Cruz and Adam Driver, which releases on Christmas Day.
Here’s every one of the sexiest men cover models since 2013.
