'I decided to do one of the lesser options of five days with a nutribullet shake every morning to keep my vitamin and protein intake on point.
'I also took a daily multi-vitamin, a pro-biotic, an omega 3 supplement and a metabolism booster - called a Thermabol - from Maxinutrition.'
