We had a wonderful stay prior to our cruise at this hotel. As a Hard Rock Rewards member, it offered all I expect in the Hard Rock brand. The room was fantastic, upper floor overlooking the pool that made me think I was at a resort in Mexico, Costa Rica or Hawaii. For Rewards members, staying at this hotel and going to the Rock Shop and HR Café, gets you three visits on your map. I highly recommend staying here when in South Florida.

Beautiful hotel and casino! Not too far from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Great place to stay before or after a cruise or heading off to Palm Beach or points further North. Gorgeous pool and lounge chairs to relax. Large casino and gaming area.

The machines took all my money with one hour and I ordered a ordered an alcoholic drink that cost me 12 dollars. The only free drinks were soda and water. No perks for signing up with to players club.

Last minute stay here on a Thursday night. No deal on the room rate for occasional visitors (5-5 times a year). The rooms are modern and clean; beds are always comfy. Make your reservations to allow for time to spend at the pool ... it is spectacular. Also had two great meals. Dinner was at Council Oak. We sat at the bar and were able to enjoy the house band while we had our cocktails and dinner (filet mignon steaks, au gratin potatoes, mushrooms ... yum!). We had lunch at The Blue Plate and it was fabulous. I had the chopped salad and quesadilla; both were delicious. My friends were happy with their meals as well (rueben and open faced turkey sandwich).

Had a great time by the pool ! A bit expensive but casinos are so it was no surprise. i would return again.very good service and friendly staff . wish our view was better but we did not spend any time looking out the window anyway .

My husband and I are go to the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood 3-4 times per year. We recently checked in on Christmas Day and left on Dec. 27th. Our room was very nice and overlooked the pool area. The front desk agent was very accommodating, allowing us an early-check in at 12:30. Also, I called housekeeping in the morning and asked for an early clean-up of our room - the room was done by 10:30 a.m. We had an issue with the Beach Club. It is extremely difficult to get timely service with food and drinks. We ordered lunch, and waited almost one hour for our food. And I asked the waiter three times for our check. However, I filled out a survey sent by the hotel after we went home, and I received a letter from the manager of the Beach Club apologizing for the bad service - a…

Don't expect 5 star treatment at this Hard Rock Hotel. Though the grounds are beautiful, the experience inside is disappointing at so many levels. Bring your own beverage to the pool, you'll wait a long time to be served and the drink menu is deceiving.

I've purchased this package through Costco, it was sold to me as a "hotel & casino" this is mainly a casino...the vibe, the people, everything about it isn't family friendly. My kids are asthmatic, 10 min after entering to this hotel we all smelled like ashtrays.. I've asked for a non smoking room, the room had an awful odor, the floor supposed to be none smoking but there are cigarets under the sign that says "this is a designated none- smoking floor"... View from the window is a flat grey roof and no option to open the window...motel 6 probably has the same view.. 2 drunk smoking ladies were sitting next to us this morning at breakfast. Don't set foot here with your family unless you want to feel like in a 2nd league Vegas wannabe...

This hotel was very large and beautiful. It had an AMAZING pool area and a restaurant and shopping complex just outside with a food court in the casino area, Hard Rock Cafe and two rock shops. Rooms were large and clean but our room had a non working phone as well as a toilet that kept on clogging with nothing in it.
