I appreciate Lito for coming out to fix my ice maker on my refrigerator. He was quick and efficient but he also cleaned up a mess by another company who did not complete the job.

Very efficient and dedicated

Toby did a great job finding the real problem with our dishwasher. Too bad we didn't have Sears/Toby for the initial repair. I think a different repair company was too hasty in charging us for a part we didn't need.

Sears service was excellent

Jeffrey was very thorough in checking all areas of the washer to properly diagnose the issues and recommend repair options. Unfortunately, the most important parts were unavailable due to the age of the washer, but he was very personable and trustworthy. Also, he arrived on time, which I truly appreciated.
