- Sherry M1 contributionStrongly recommend this tour! I took my 12 year old granddaughter with me and both of us thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour tour. The guide introduced us to the many rescues it has living on the property and related funny, heartening stories about many of them. The center’s baby program focuses on eventual wild release and the guide’s explanation was quite informative. The guide explained the center’s successful partnerships with federal and state wildlife agencies in rescuing and, when possible, rehabilitating animals so they can be released back to the wild.Written May 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jordan Y1 contributionSuch a cool experience, with stunning views of the natural beauty in Scottsdale! Our tour guide, Glenn, was fantastic - really engaging with us, and asking us questions like "how does this make you feel?" and "how do you think they achieved this?" as we viewed each room of the house. We could tell he was super passionate about the subject matter, and wanted to share that with us without just monologuing at us. Thanks Glenn for a wonderful tour!Written May 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Travel lover57 contributionsVery cool place to spend some time! Lots of shops to browse! Great restaurants and bars! Parking is accessible on streets. Public restrooms in center of town were unique. We visited during the week so there were not that many people but I am sure on weekends the place is packed! Watch out for the people with the serums and moisturizers that "will make you younger and take your wrinkles away"! They are relentless and the same as the foreigners that run the kiosks in the malls!Written March 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Pat CSpringfield, IL68 contributionsWow! What a place and all free. The best for us was the model railroad building. It was phenomenal. There were so many outdoor activities for kids. If we had small grandkids nearby we would be there a lot.Written March 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Catherine L21 contributionsI did the Brown's trailhead on my own as my husband was unable to hike. I felt safe. There were volunteers at the trail head as well as shade and restrooms. The trails were very clearly marked and easy to follow.Written April 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DebCalabasas, CA38 contributionsAwesome place. The docents were very good but only covered a limited area of the museum. Could have spent more time there. We stayed for about 90 minutes and that wasn’t enough. LOTS of really cool stuff and I’m not a big cowboy enthusiast. The art work was amazing. Very historic place. Loved it.Written April 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ameluluHartland, WI190 contributionsExcellent trail for all levels as if it becomes too strenuous, you can turn around. It is well maintained and offers ample rest spots to take in beautiful views of the park, overlooks of golf course and neighborhood and to catch your breath if needed.
The trail offers educational signs about the desert creatures and landscape, plants etc. they have a jr ranger program for children (actually all ages 😊).
Be sure to take plenty of water and snacks, hiking sticks, etc.
My suggestion is if you don't want to do the full trail from end to end to avoid the long climb back to the visitor center, that you go as far as Grand View or Owl's Rest and then turn around.
This is a very popular trail with many visitors but there's plenty of room for all. If you don't like crowds while hiking this isn't the place for you.Written March 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Maybe it would be better/less busy to visit on a weekday. Be sure to pick up the two sided card identifying the butterflies found in the conservatory. I enjoyed the short 3D movie and would recommend viewing it before going into the rainforest. Many people skipped the movie but it really helped my level of appreciation for these beautiful creatures. Take your time to soak in the beauty of flowering plants and butterflies flying all around. We spent close to 1.5 hours for the full experience.Written March 25, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - safio64Riyadh, Saudi Arabia859 contributionsIn the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, this is a gem of shopping that offers shoppers an amazing experience of unmatched indoor shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Here, you can find some of the world-famous fashion designers and hautecouture. Top brands found at every turn such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. I myself enjoyed shopping here browsing at Macy’s, Nordstrom and Sephora. The food court is at the lower level offers shoppers a break to fuel up before resuming shopping. This is a real shopping haven.Written May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Cynthia MBend, OR720 contributionsAlways good to visit here. About an hour. Free entry. Lots of great and famous Penske race cars. Indy, Formula One, and more. And you can visit the attached showroom to view many Ferraris, Maseratis, and more.Written March 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tschebloIndianapolis, IN473 contributionsThere weren’t any signs that directed us, but we eventually figured out that we didn’t have to stand in line with our digital or printed out combo pass. Find the employee with the scanner and you can miss the long line. Look up to see the fun and creative aquarium light fixtures. Then go directly to the restroom to catch a glimpse of the sharks. Seriously. We didn’t purchase any of the virtual experiences since they were an added cost. Definitely seek out the odyssey adventurer for a seated ride and narrative. The sharks are mesmerizing so don’t miss them. I recommend the combo pass for Butterfly Wonderland and the aquarium. You will exit the aquarium through a gift shop then proceed to Arizona Boardwalk. There are photo opportunities here and space to walk or run around outside.Written March 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
