I work in the auto industry locally and nearly everyone in the Seacoast area I spoke with points me in the direction of Scott Wrights — especially for Jaguars. I was rear-ended mid December, in the midst of one of the WORST parts availability years, in recent decades. Everyone at Scott Wrights treated me with exceptional care, and answered all my questions along the way.
Scott provided an amazing paint match to British racing green (arguably the paint he laid is better than what is on it from factory) blended it perfectly, sourced all OEM parts and had my car back to me in factory condition within an exceptional amount of time considering the international parts shortages, and he will battle the insurance company to make sure your car is fixed correctly.
Not all collision shops are the same, don’t just go to where your insurance company tells you to, come here.

They worked with the insurance company, got authorization for more money when it turned out that the damage was worse than estimated, and did an outstanding job. Were able to also handle some work unrelated to the insurance claim and seperate the billing cleanly.

The team over at the body shop are amazing! It was worth the wait to get into the shop to have Scott take care of our damage. Sue in the office kept me up to date and helped set up the rental car and took care of any insurance paperwork that was needed to get all the parts on order to complete the repair. We hope we dont have to use them again, but if we do we will definitely be going back to Scott Wrights.

they told me the wait list was long back in november…no biggie just door damage… now its april and not so much as a call…so i call 2 weeks ago jus to ask where i am in line… ohhh we will call you back… not returning customer calls is the most unprofessional thing you you can do…would not use them fo so much s a scratch from now on… nor will i ever recommend the to anyone… done

My Mini Cooper was hit in a parking lot in Stratham and the shop that services it warned me about the repair place that my insurance company uses for estimates in Portsmouth. So I used them for an estimate and then went to Scott Wright's-- my service shop's recommendation. They are very busy but very friendly and know their trade well. They operate on a triage basis so emergencies go first and mine was not urgent. I waited in their queue for six weeks, approx. and then they did the work when I was out of town and could leave my car. It was done expertly AND the office staff talked my insurance company into raising the amount significantly that they would allow for the work. I did not have to be part of that negotiation!β¦ β show

DO NO BRING A CHEVY HERE.
Whomever changed my oil last almost blew my motor! My filter canister Was installed wrong and overpressurized my motor and blew a seal somewhere. Was very close to my whole motor blowing on my brand new Equinox! Luckily My husband caught it. I will never be going back here and will be telling all my Exeter clients the same as well!
Quick oil change turned into a 2,000 fix.

Scott and his team repaired my 2008 BMW 335i convertible after an accident to the front end. They carefully assessed the damage and negotiated with the insurance adjuster to insure I received all OEM parts for the repair. Every aspect was addressed in a quality manner, both the outside body and under the hood. The end result was a fantastic job, better overall than before the accident. Thanks for taking the time to do it right!

Being a repeat customer over a span of 15 yrs. and several vehicles, many times junky ones, Scott has been the best Body Shop in So.NH in my humble opinion. He has always worked with us on costs and tried to make it convenient for our needs. I'd say his shop is a 5 star shop all day long.
