Nebraska's football program wrapped up its regular season on Friday night. The Huskers beat Rutgers on the road, 28-21, to finish the year at 3-5.

In a normal year, the Huskers' season would be over at 3-5. However, this is anything but a normal year. So, it's possible that Nebraska could be going bowling.

Scott Frost revealed after Nebraska's win at Rutgers that a bowl game is a possibility. However, he needs to speak to his players first to make sure that they're up for one.

Many of Nebraska's players haven't seen their families since the spring. It would be understandable if the Huskers wanted to end their season now.

"It would do a lot for our team...We're gonna talk about it," Frost said on Big Ten Network following the win against Rutgers.

It's been an up-and-down season for Frost's program. The Huskers could look to build on the Rutgers win with a bowl win and really carry some momentum into the 2021 season. "When we've clicked and not shot ourselves in the foot, it's been pretty good all year. It's just not consistent enough," Frost told reporters.

The 2021 season will be a big one for Frost, who will need to finally deliver serious results.
