“I ordered three rolls, a classic California, beef tataki, and the dynamite roll.Placed my takeout order in person, and it was ready quickly within 10-15 minutes. Any modifications I requested were adhered to, and the rolls themselves taste fresh, and really good. Can’t wait to try more!”

“Ate here this past Saturday. Quite good :)I actually liked how cozy the interior was. Felt right-sized, and it was hella clean. There's a couple tables and a short bar inside, along with a few chairs outside.Service was chill and friendly. Fast without feeling hasty. Accurate without feeling fussy.Had a lobster roll picnic style with chips, preceded by a cup of clam chowder. Everything was terrific: flavorful, tender, at the right temperature. The slaw was cleverly hidden under the lobster.When I'm back in Portland, I'd be happy to eat here again :)”

“Nice little Thai cuisine on route 1 in Scarborough. The food is fresh and always good. Love that they offer steamed brown rice, not many places do!I’ve eaten in and ordered take out several times. Eating in is fine, but I prefer take out. Its clean, but the place is dimly lit and old. The staff is always friendly!”

“This is an awesome place to go eat. My husband and I brought out German Shepherd puppy on vacation with us and she loved going to the Bait Shed. She got to hang out with us while we ate and made friends. The staff is super friendly and the food is great! I love the flatbreads!”

“Pine Point Grill was a unique experience. The service alone made it worth the trip. Our server, Johny, was a delight and the highlight of the evening. He was bubbly, energetic and clearly loves working with people. During our time dining we witnessed a number of patrons talking to him and he knew them by name. Another table mentioned that they were dining there specially on the recommendation to go there because of him and I can honestly see why.The atmosphere was nice and there was a nice patio but it didn't have much to look at in terms of scenery. PPG seems to be in the middle of nowhere even though it's just a couple miles off route 1 in Scarborough, Maine.As for the food, I don't want to be overly critical as we visited during restaurant week and tried the fixed menu. It wasn't bad (and the desserts were wonderful) but overall nothing special for the price point. The risotto was bland without the gravy from the pork tenderloin but the portions were ample. Overall though it was a dining experience to remember due to Johnny and his amazing service.”

“It's one of my all-time favorite returants. As a returning customer for 7+ years, I can say that the entire experience is enjoyable. The food is delicious, with a huge variety of dishes. The interior decor really gives off the Western feel, & the staff there is very nice, on top of everything. I strongly recommend this place to eat-out.Parking: Good amount of parking .Kid-friendliness: Great place to eat for all ages. Even kids, they'll love the atmosphere & and kids' meal options.”

“We were up in Portland for a few days at the Higgins Beach Inn. Their restaurant "Shade"was excellent for breakfast (3 times)and for dinner (one time). I'd say close to perfection both for the food and the service staff.”

“Ordered 2 pizzas, an 8 inch build your own with vegan cheese & pineapple, and a 12 inch build your own with BBQ sauce & chicken. They were both really good, the 8 inch was a perfect size for 1 person and the vegan cheese was creamy.Our only complaint is that for the BBQ chicken pizza, we also ordered ranch but they didn’t put it on there. Very disappointing as the ranch would have made it exceptional, but the pizza was still good!Dietary restrictions: Vegan cheese offered!”

“This is a hard one. A mixed bag. I ordered a special. Bad news: it was truly awful. Good news: waitress quickly replaced it with another dish. So it worked out fine. My companion was happy with his burger and beer. Wait staff there are most typically delightful.”

“Good pub food. They have available gluten free thin pizza crust. It was very good. Service was pleasant and timely. We sat at the bar. TVs with college hoops. Great place to come for March Madness. Good selection of draft beer.”

“Absolutely wonderful spot. Laura hosted a birthday party for my 5 year old, and did an absolutely wonderful job. There’s a really cute play space in the facility, and while we were waiting for the cooking class, the kids had an absolute ball playing. After the class, they also had another great play session while Laura cleaned the space for cake time! We couldn’t be happier, my 5 year old said it was the best birthday ever. Thank you!!”

“My first time here and I ordered takeout (knowing mexican food is better eaten at the restaurant) Food was tasty and the portions were generous. Prices were reasonable and service was great. The restaurant doesn't feel as mexican as other places because it is in an old diner, but I kinda liked it. I will definitely return, I will eat there, and enjoy some cervezas...”

“Mainely Cheese is a specialty food truck parked in the front of Cabela's in Scarborough, Maine, with Gourmet style grilled cheese sandwiches named after music icons: The Marley has jerk chicken, pineapple and plenty of cheese, The Elton features steak and cheese, and many other options to choose from. Jeff is a most gracious host and cook too Highly recommend you stop by there if you're in the area and hangry for a great grilled cheese sammich!”

“Great clean sandy beach, public restrooms available. Parking I'd imagine can get really hectic; but the staff and lifeguards do a good job at maintaining the safety and security of the beach. This would be more of a beach geared towards Surfing and body surfing- than say Paddle Boarding (depending on your skill level). Beach has ample views of the surrounding coastal areas and some small islands/jetty's that you can easily see from the beach.”

“We ordered 2 pizzas and onion rings couples of draft beers. Large cheese and small onion and mushroom pizzas both delicious. Onion rings okay. Great service. Place looks great! Great atmosphere!”

“EDIT- The owner, Pamela addressed the situation quickly and respectfully. She immediately spoke to the team members and gave me more insight on the situation. If you have an unusual bad experience, I recommend talking to Pamela. She will make it right.I used to love this place. I would get a dark hot chocolate almost everyday at lunch time with a sandwich. Today, I came before work and ordered a dark hot chocolate and red storm sandwich. I tried a sip while they were finishing up my sandwich and I barely tasted chocolate. I’m not sure if it wasn’t mixed completely or what but I mentioned to the window lady that my hot chocolate wasn’t really chocolatey at all so she took the drink and handed it off to a different girl. This different girl starts pumping away at the chocolate giving me a dirty look, then walks to the window and hands me my drink saying “it has SIX pumps of chocolate in it” ?. A very fake smile and clearly didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I would have been fine with one extra pump but instead she clearly wanted to ruin the drink. It’s now too sweet to drink. Terrible customer service. She worked barista at 8:30am today and has thick lash extensions. Hope she finds a job she enjoys…”

“Their coffee beats Dunks by miles!Can't speak to the atmosphere because I'm always going through the drive thru. Service has always been the best. No matter what location I go to there is a line but they always make sure they get your order correct. Local and not a national chain is appealing as well!”

“Wow. Whoever made my ice pumpkin cream cold foam chai latte, I hope your pillows are always cold and you never have a bad hair day. I never get a bad drink there and when they messed up my order they had a new one ready for me in like 30seconds (& gave me the "messed up" drink for free!). Only negative would be how annoying the parking can be to go inside, but the drive thru is efficient and somewhat easy to get in and out of. Everyone who works there busts their asses off and deals w annoying/rude customers daily... and they still manage to be kind and patient to everyone. They all deserve a raise to be honest!”

“Overall, the foods were good, except I got one wrong ordered. Was ordered one large steam rice, but when I got home, it was a plain white noodle. Why will I be ordering plain noodles?? Another thing, red curry is looking like a yellow curry, somehow. Drunken noodles were delicious. Fried rice was not bad at all. Beef salad is kinda too sweet for me. Enough spiciness of everything, just the way I requested.”

“I loved the pesto tortellini which we paired with a salad. I looove pesto . The tortellini was filling and yum. The salad was big enough for the two of us and we had leftovers. The garlic bread was delish!”

“Food is pretty much always on point here. I was hesitant to go where I’d been let down a few times at the Rock Row location, but this one is hands down much better. Amber is a great bartender, the atmosphere is always welcoming. I don’t see how the food is overpriced, unless you’re comparing it to subpar dining, to which you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a stop in. Mac and cheese, and the stuffed avocado is 10/10”

“Food is amazing and excellent quality. I have been eating here around 1998 and to this day still go eat here at least several times a year. The same people own it who owned it back then, so not much has changed. Atmosphere is nice, even when it is busy, very quiet probably owing to the soft classical music always being played.”
