Sotoka Rakita (ソトカ•ラキター, Sotoka Rakitā) is one of the main characters of the Hitoribocchi no OO Seikatsu series.
Appearance[]
Being a foreigner, Sotoka has extremely long blonde hair and blue eyes. She is described by other students as having a "mysterious aura" and being beautiful. She wears her bangs to the left with two dark green hairclips, earning her the nickname "Forehead" from Nako.
Sometimes, the higher half of her hair is twisted into a peculiar side looped bun, pinned with silver beaded pins, leaving the rest of her hair down. Other times, she simply ties her hair into two low side ponytails with green scrunchies/hair ties. (In this style, her hairclips are red.)
She wears the standard school uniform, except with thick white shin-length socks.
Personality[]
Sotoka's personality clashes with her dignified appearance, as she is rather playful and easy-going. She has an extreme interest in ninjas and ninjutsu, and mistakes Hitori Bocchi for a Ninja during their first encounter.
Trivia[]
- Her name is a pun on the phrase "soto kara kita" ("came from outside") and the fact that she is a foreigner.
- Sotoka is in some ways similar to Karen Kujo from Kin-iro Mosaic:
- They both have long, blond hair with a portion of it in a bun.
- They are both energetic, friendly and love Japanese culture.
- Sotoka doesn't use first-person pronoun and use her own name Sotoka instead.
