Staff is really nice and friendly. Had to go ask for maps and earphones, so remember to ask for them, they do not give it when we buy the tickets. Changed 3 buses on the first day. Two of them didn't have the information audio device working. That's okay we thought.. happens. On one of ths stops that we weren't going to get on the bus, we saw it leaving about ten minutes early. Raised eyebrows, but okay. The final bus that we were supposed to take didn't show up at all at the stop.. I guess it just much earlier like the previous one (We had reached there 8 minutes before time). It's a standard mediocre quality bus tour. Don't expect it to be on time or for things to work, and you'll be okay.

Great pass for the money — 48 total hours allowed us to take both routes at our leisure. My family member needed a wheelchair to help get around, and every bus driver who picked us up was SUPER kind and helpful, lowered the ramp, and patiently helped my family member board and disembark from the bus. We are very grateful to the drivers, and they are a credit to your company. The routes themselves cover a huge area and (as a Lisbon local myself), I think they are an excellent collection of sights that help visitors get a good overview interesting museums, landmarks, and neighborhoods. We took the "Modern" Route on April 4, and the "Belém" Route on April 5.

It was an excellent tour and the commentary very informative. The driver was super friendly and was happy to answer any questions, even if they were rated to things other than the tram tour!

The yellow bus is well worth it. We paid 2 x people €28 per person, with this includes using the tram and the Santa Just a lift. We purchased the tickets from the shop where the buses start from. The bus drivers were very friendly and pleasant.There are different combination tour tickets to purchase. Some wonderful places to take photos.

This is the worst hop-on, hop-off company I ever travelled with. We had a 3-day pass code on my phone, plus a printed copy. The initial bus driver scanned the code on my phone and issued us one flimsy receipt. At no point did he say it was the ONLY way you are then able to travel for the duration. If you lose or damage your flimsy paper receipt, where the QR code won't scan, there is absolutely no contingency plan and the driver will not accept your 3 day phone/printed pass. Basically, we spent over 80 euros to take one trip on a yellow bus, got our ticket soaking wet in the TORRENTS that happened that first morning (27th March 2024) and that was the end of our free trams, river cruise, elevator ticket, and discounts to various places. It was a complete rip-off, with NO after sales service or flexibility. NEVER use this company - there are plenty of others in Lisbon!

We did two bus tours in one day and a river cruise tour the next. The tour routes were all very good; but the Belem tour, which was our first one, really disappointed us because the audio narration quit working about a third of the way through and didn’t restart until shortly before the tour ended. And this was the more historical tour, which made it more important to me! Yellow Bus really should know how to make it work by now! Everything else went smoothly and we enjoyed the experience; however, they should really provide better instructions for the embarkation point for the boat tour. The dock is part of a pretty big complex and no directions, instructions or map of where to go were provided. In a foreign country where not everyone is proficient in English, this was unduly stressful. Signage at the dock was nonexistent. I think the Yellow Bus management should imagine sending their own grandparents to accomplish the task. Many of us seniors take these tours in order to reduce the stress of travel. Getting to the starting point should not be a challenge

We purchased our voucher before our holiday as we weren't sure of the days we would use it. Redeeming it was very simple and the lady at the kiosk was most helpful and informative. Using the voucher for the elevator and funicular was an added bonus.

The audio kept cutting out and we missed vital parts of the commentary. It was difficult to find the first bus stop without a map. Once we were able to pick one up on the bus it was better. Great way to cover a lot of the city!

Fun, bustling city with great resources & transport. Public services are excellent with lots to do - boat tour, museums, historic sites, etc. We would go back.

We used The Yellow Bus Tours website to buy our tickets for The Benfica Stadium and Museum Tour. Very good website and the price was discounted so we saved money versus using the Benfica FC website. Smooth easy entry to the tour and we got a free scarf as part of our ticket price.

We took a ticket for 48h and we liked both tours : the Belem and the modern one. We really enjoyed the tram tour and it was great to follow the 28 tram route with much less people. I recommend the hop on hop off buses because it's a brilliant way to discover the city.

I am a 72-year-old retired man. I love traveling, and this was my very first trip to Portugal. I traveled by myself, and wanted to learn a great deal about Lisbon and other areas in a practical way. The yellow bus tourist were fantastic. There are several roots, and I took them all, and the river cruise. The price is amazing! You get to go all over the city and the river. I was very impressed at how polite the drivers were. They slowed to let pedestrians in, let other traffic in, and never did they seem to be upset about much of anything. The narration provided with the headsets taught me a lot about this wonderful city. In my estimation, the yellow bus tours are an absolute bargain, and a must do!

The hop on hop off bus was lovely and we were able to see a lot of the sites. The tram was plagued with issues from Cara blocking the rails to trees down. The boat trip was also difficult and the people who worked inside the boat station gave us wrong information and tried to send us away stating the weather was poor, it wasn't until we saw the boat approaching and we asked the woman letting passengers off, that we learned that the man inside had no idea what he was talking about. Luckily we waited around, we saw several other families leave because of that man. Based on the price, if I could go back, I would have just used my money for a tuk tuk tour and saved some money. Our tuk tuk tour guide was more engaging than the headphones on the bus, and the kids had more fun in the tuk tuk.

Tour was ok however, stop 8 on the tour was completely hidden. We walked past it by about 300m before we had to google & pay for data to realise! Many of the headset consoles were not working either.
