This place is horrible place. It's a complete scam. Completely unhelpful and so unprofessional. I have never dealt with such harassment from a business in my life. It's unfortunately that they prey on people that they know won't be able to pay.

They have towed my elderly fathers car 4 times claiming it was parked incorrectly in a handicap parking. So ridiculous.

Towed my car for "illegal parking" but I used the atm at the bank and was gone 5 minutes less than 500 ft away to purchase something in store and by the time I came back they towed my car down the street from where it was parked to finish strapping it down. Not only did they damage my bumper during this process but they took it knowing my 6 month old puppy was in the back seat. Came back with my car after maybe 10 minutes and told me $200 to get it back right then and there or $400 to pick it up at the yard. No paperwork provided just kept saying "I took pictures of where it was parked" Def a whole scam.

These guys are crooks. If you get towed by them make sure you dont go alone. They are as shady as they come. BEWARE.

Ive been parking in the same spot for almost two years and never been towed, until these recently. These people have absolutely no integrity.
If you have ever been towed by this company, I'm sure you have had meet the big fat man with the pony tail that collects your hard earned money.

They towed my car from my own parking spot; claiming that security had called them for unauthorized parking even though im good friends with the security of my vicinity. They charged me $400 to get my car back. I dont even feel comfortable parking in my own parking space. A bunch of weirdos man; get a life.

This company is horrible and a total scam. They tow illegally and know the loopholes. I even called the Orange PD on them.

They have a false company that they claim are the people who requested the tow. After I investigated them, talking to property management people, business owners in the parking lot that I was towed from (Target being one of them), it was clear nobody called on me. They put up stickers in between the printed letters on signs in parking lots to help their defense about legally towing. They put the stickers on the signs themselves, no property owners actually print their name.

My car was parked at my friends nail shop for 4 hours in Huntington Beach. They Picked up and towed it to Santa Ana and now one called them to tow it away!!!
They go searching for vehicles after 8pm to tow and wanted to charge me $390 to get it back and it's my birthday. What complete scam artists! Instead of doing a service they find ways to scam the general public and get over by taking their cars , charging them a price they can't afford and selling vehicles that don't belong to them.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I needed to express my opinions. I'll start by saying there's a TL;DR at the bottom.

So unlike some of these other reviewers, I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I was not parked illegally. I knew where I parked that I might get towed but I figured I would shake the dice. Was that stupid? Yes. But we all make mistakes. So I parked my car by backing it into a space against a wall (this is important for the story) in a lot around 1 AM and left it. When I came back later, it was towed. Fair enough. I made my bed, time to sleep in it.

I go to pick it up later that day (a Sunday) and notice it was parked in the garage. The garage was dim and there wasn't much light. Since my car is rear wheel drive, I know they have to tow it from the back so I checked the back as well as I could for damage. I skimmed the front but didn't really notice anything since it was so dark. I was mainly focused on my rims. I paid my tow fee and drove it back home. I parked it in the garage and called it a day.

The next day at work, I backed it into the spot and started working. My lunch shift came and as I was walking to my car, I noticed a massive scratch on the hood. Not only was it scratched, it was dented. My heart sank. This is the first car I've ever bought (A 2016 Mustang) and I'm not joking when I say that I wash it once a week and wax it once a month. It was obvious that something heavy (like a tow hook) was dropped on the car and it scratched it. I drove back to Santa Ana Club and spoke with Gonzalo.

Gonzalo seemed concerned and informed me that he would be happy to review the camera footage. He also said that their drivers take pictures of the cars before they tow them to prove that they were illegally parked. This is all great news for me. If you were about to tow a flawless 2016 Mustang and noticed a huge scratch at the hood, you would probably take a picture. So I was willing to bet that the tow truck driver took a picture before the damage. (Remember I was backed in so the hood would be in the picture).

Now a week went by and I was always greeted with, "I'm still reviewing the footage to see if I can see anything." Well it finally came. The day I dreaded. Gonzalo stated that he did not notice any damage caused on my vehicle while it was in the shop. I politely asked to see the picture his driver took. He stated he cannot show me that. I politely asked if I could see the footage of my car leaving the lot. He stated he could not show me that. So now I have to pay for this damage EVEN THOUGH they know they committed the damage.

Heed my warning and make sure you check your vehicle with a FINE TOOTH COMB before signing anything. Unfortunately I have no proof to provide to a court that they damaged the car since they refuse to share all the evidence they have. I just wish people and businesses had honesty and integrity. Especially since I was not trying to get my tow money back, just the damage they did to my car.

Tl;DR - Santa Ana Club damaged my vehicle and they have proof. They refuse to show me the "proof" they have and since I signed their form, I'm out of luck. Check your vehicle for damage before signing anything!

Damage up close. Notice that the scratch went past the paint, almost to the metal.

They towed my car from an empty parking lot. Oh well, it is what it is, I didnt look at parking signs.

My complaint is about the process of getting my vehicle back. It was so fast and easy, cause all they cared about was who was going to pay the $400 bill, for my cars 12 hour stay... (I've had my cars toqed many times over the years and it was usually $200-220. This place is $400...? Crazy..)

So I go in to get my car. Im am NOT asked for registration, insurance, proof of ownership, license plate/ VIN #s, nothing... only thing she asked for was a credit card and ID to verify the card was mine. Anyone could have just paid them $400 and stolen my car. This place is shady af.
