Trademark Paralegal for Trevor Caudle Law
Posted March 3, 2021

Job Type:
Part Time

Job Title:
Trademark paralegal - Part time, growing into full time.

Job Description:
Established solo-practitioner looking to hire a trademark paralegal. Unique firm...unique position. Must be willing and flexible in terms of paralegal work, office manager work, legal secretary work, etc.

Covid-sensitive of course, but I envision working together in person initially/hopefully, but envision a long term remote working relationship. That's right folks...you get to work from home...eventually.

This is not the normal law firm environment. If you are seeking a 9-5 traditional law firm job, then this is not the position for you. But, on the other hand, if you are nimble and see yourself in a more dynamic and involved, non-routine environment, then this might be for you.

Compensation:
depends on F/T vs. P/T and level of experience.

Trevor Caudle Law

Company Description:
My firm's primary focus is securing clients' brand names by seeking Trademark Registrations with the US government.

I handle these prosecutions personally, without shopping out the process to a team of paralegals or inexperienced attorneys. I have handled roughly 700 trademark applications in the past 17 years of practice and have the know-how required to navigate the USPTO bureaucracy successfully and as efficiently as possible.

I primarily work with individuals and small to midsized companies and so I understand budget constraints and cost-sensitivities. Almost all of the prosecutions that I handle are completed on a flat fee basis and there are no surprise fees. I do not charge for consultations or "knockout" searches on your chosen brand name which are an initial assessment of the Trademark's viability.
