Beautiful church ( seen nicer ) but nice and it is cool to see where the sound of music marriage to Maria took place :)
There is a little boutiques attaches and Ofcorse you can light a candle for a loved one.
The little area around the church is worth a visit for sure.

The Basilica was used for the wedding scene in The Sound of Music. Very spectacular although I feel more so inside than out. No problems to use your camera inside. Certainly set up for tourists as you go through the gift shop to enter the basilica. Once inside the splendor is amazing. The guilder statues, paintings etc. makes you wonder where did they get the resources for such extravagance. Not used to seeing splendor. Worth the visit.

We came here as part of our Sound of Music tour. Do go inside to check out where the movie marriage ceremony took place. There are plenty of photo opportunities inside and out. This is a beautiful town with plenty of placed to enjoy a lunch or drink on one if the many sidewalk cafés.

A real nice, although pretty small, church in the center of this small town.
We entered, took some pictures and that's about it.
The highlight is actually the front of the church.

Helpful English public commentary inside the church building. Impressive internally and externally. I can see why it was chosen as a film setting.
