I absolutely love attending Salusbury University. The professors are incredible and really want to help students earn their degrees. I can confidently say that when I graduate, I will be prepared to enter the workforce. I have also had the opportunity to joining many clubs and organizations in campus including club sports. All of the clubs are student run, and there is really something for everybody. The athletic teams are also some of the top ranked teams in their divisions and the athletic facilities are really nice as well. The surrounding area is very nice as well with a lot of restaurants and activities within walking distance from the campus. Ocean City is also only a short drive away.
Salisbury University has been a wonderful experience for me. I am a transfer student and will admit I was a little apprehensive of what type of adjustment it would be for me transferring as a rising Junior. I was fortunate to be apart of the Diversity Inclusive Organization which offered me support, information and knowledge. The transition has been great. My professors, student life, staff support and knowledge as well as the community has been the best experience for me. I would definitely recommend Salisbury University as an A 1 school to consider.
Overall I found myself at Salisbury University. I found my future career goals here, when I came in as a freshmen I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and future career, now I know exactly what I want to do and how to achieve it. On the social aspect it was very easy to become involved on and around campus. I joined an amazing club to benefit and volunteer within the community and on campus. I also made life long friends here at Salisbury University since it is a smaller tight knit school. The only things I would like to see changed is bringing back tailgates for games to get the students involved. I see how this can be bad but it also allows for all students to become involved in the school and athletics.
