The Grundy Street church of Christ is searching for a full-time minister to begin work on June 1, 2024, due to the retirement of its full-time minister of 27 years. Located 60 miles southeast of Nashville, TN in Coffee County, Tullahoma is a town with a population of 21,000. Salary and Benefits:
Houseparent couples earn a base gross salary of $60,000.00 annually. Gross Salary increases based on prior houseparent experience. The husband serves in the family home and away from it for CHI from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F. Lunch is up to an hour a day. We had 7 baptisms in 2023 and are now engaged in mentoring activities to help these new converts grow in their faith. The Farmington Community
Farmington, West Virginia (WV), a community in Marion County, was incorporated in 1896 because of the abundance of farmland in the surrounding valley of Buffalo Creek, a tributary of the Monongahela River.
Farmington is located on Highway US-250, approximately five miles north of Worthington, West Virginia, eight miles west of Fairmont, West Virginia, and 11 miles east of Mannington, West Virginia.

The community was named for the fact a large share of the first settlers were farmers. The area was first settled by James Goodin in the late 1700s, by Nicholas Wood and family, and by Jacob Straight and family in the 1770s. A later settler, Joseph Morgan, would build a mill here in 1801. While it was officially named Farmington in 1896, when the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad ran through the town, its stations there went under the name Underwood because of there being many towns of the same name. The town was also home to mines Number 08 of Jamison Coal and Coke Company (exploded in 1926 and then sealed in the 1940s) and Number 09 of Consolidated Coal Company (exploded in 1954 and 1968, then sealed in 1978), to the Farmington High School "Farmers" and the North Marion High School Huskies, and to several small family businesses that run to present day.
