Rangers fans bid farewell to Ryan Jack after shattering update

Rangers fans have given up hope that Ryan Jack has a long-term future at Ibrox following Philippe Clement’s latest update.

The boss confirmed in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday afternoon (13 February) that the midfielder will not be available for the Gers’ clash against Ross County on Wednesday evening (14 February).

The central midfielder has been plagued with injuries in recent years and has missed 13 games in all competitions this season.

He returned after being absent for an eight-game stretch between late November and early January after picking up a knock on international duty with Scotland.

Rangers fans say it’s the end of the road for Ryan Jack

The 31-year-old was named in the starting line-up for Rangers’ recent 2-0 Scottish Cup triumph over Ayr United on Saturday (10 February) but is once again in the treatment room.

While he has chipped in with two goals across his 12 starts this season, many fans feel his frequent injury setbacks will prove to be the final nail in his Rangers coffin.

Supporters have taken to social media to react to the fresh update, and some are adamant that this season must be his last with the Glasgow giants.
