      我们在世界各地参加过了许多葡萄酒品鉴之旅，但这次品鉴之旅让我印象深刻，不是因为这里的红酒有多么好喝，而是因为吉米使这次品鉴之旅变得很特别。吉米是一名厨师，后来当上了旅游经营者，他对带人出去旅游以及让他们体验不同的生活充满了热情。有很多原因使得这次品鉴之旅与众不同，比如组织一小群人，挑选喜欢的葡萄园，在旅游车里吃着自己准备的食物(信不信由你)。如果你打算来这里旅游的话，没有什么好说的，一定要选吉米。

      今天厨师Jimmy带着我们一行十人以及他的厨房展开了一次别开生面的品酒之旅。一清早他带着我们去Sydney Fish Market，教大家认辨识不同的海鲜以及如何烹饪，顺便也会按今天的菜单准备食材。然后驱车前往小镇Brooklyn，给大家安排了个难度极低的观景徒步后，他自己开车到山顶准备早餐。接下来的一天里他带我们去了三个规模较小的葡萄酒庄品酒，在每个酒庄他都会当场烹饪适合葡萄酒的菜肴。第一个酒庄风景如画，让人流连忘返，大家在Jimmy的指导下自己做了个寿司卷。第三个酒庄我们居然被安排在酒窖里进餐，Jimmy还在现场做焦糖！菜的味道不能要求太高，但甜点不错，甜甜的desert wine也很好喝。我不懂酒，但看其他同行的人都买了四五瓶，所以应该不错吧。Jimmy一路上还介绍各种当地趣闻以及不容错过的新年夜烟火。近期要来悉尼的大小朋友们，强烈推荐这个trip！

    Outstanding day of sightseeing, gourmet foot & wine !

    Fabulous tour ! Chef Jimmy was very informative as a travel guide and the food prepared was delicious. A stop @the local Fish market followed by a breakfast @ a local park. Fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches/paninis & juice, all delicious. We then had a sushi making class and made our own sushi to be eaten later @ one of the wineries. Three different winery stops with appetizers served @ our second stop. Third winery tastings included our lunch of our hand rolled sushi, scallops on the half shell, Wagu beef sliders & cream brûlée. It was a great day and many people snoozed on the way back.

    great winery tour

    This is a small-group, cozy winery tour in a minibus with a kitchen.
    Includes a fish market visit, breakfast, visit to three Hunter Valley wineries, and wine pairing lunch at the second winery tasting.
    We were most worried about the food, as the taste of the food at regular restaurants in the city was too heavy for us, but Jimmy's cooking was truly wonderful, with delicate dishes that made use of fresh local ingredients. It was.
    The wine pairing was perfectly calculated and it was the best meal I had during my stay in Sydney.
    Some of the seasonings used in the dishes can also be purchased at the winery, making them perfect souvenirs.
    We were worried about the language since we are not native English speakers, but his English was easy to understand, knowledgeable, and friendly, so if you can speak a little English (it's tough if you can't speak it at all), You can enjoy it without any problems.
    This course takes into account all the details, such as dealing with allergies, picking up and dropping off at the hotel, preparing water for chasers, and spacing between bathroom breaks, so even those with a lot of concerns can participate with peace of mind.

    Best food/wine tour ever!!

    This tour was the best food and wine tour we have ever taken! From the hotel pickup, visit to Sidney’s fish market, sushi roll class and chef cooked brekkie to the amazing food chef Jimmy prepared and the 19 wine tastings to go with the oysters, wagyu sliders, field mushrooms and the other special food, this 12 hour delight was so much fun. We even had a repeat customer in our group. What a wonderful day in Sydney!!

    Amazing gourmet food & wine
    What a fantastic day. Our driver/guide/chef Jimmy was amazing and first drove us to the Sydney fish market to buy fish for our lunch; the experience educational.
    He then drove us to the Hawkesbury river, where he prepared us a delicious hot breakfast.
    We then headed to the Hunter Valley, visiting three vineyards for beautiful wine tasting and an amazing lunch (cooked by Jimmy) served during the last two wine tastings. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful.
    A day we will never forget - thank you Jimmy.

    Foodie treat.
    Delectable food paired to top quality wines, AND you get to see the sights of the Hunter Valley! Guide Jimmy has found his mojo, his place. Loved the trip. Nothing else like it. Superb.

    Chef Jimmy creates gourmet bites tailored to his guests and the wineries visited, which is truly unique and is what elevates this tour beyond what is already an impressive and high quality small group experience. Just go - your high expectations will be exceeded. Ours definitely were!

    Fabulous food and wine tour not to be missed !!!
    My favorite thing in Sydney. Jimmie was the best guide and an unbelievable cook. Loved the fish market - all the insights about the area but the food was the highlight! He needs to open his own restaurant ! I loved all 3 small family owned vineyards but Jimmies ideas of the food to pair with them all was genius! It was easily one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! This is a must if you are in sydney. Don’t miss this tour - you will have Fomo if you dont go!

    What an amazing day exploring, eating and drinking!

    It's hard to believe when there are that many amazing reviews for a tour but they are all correct! We had a great all day food and wine tour with Jimmy! It's crazy great what he can do from the van/bus and it was obvious the HUGE amount of preparation that went into our tour. Wine was good, only downside is no opportunity to purchase extra wines by the glass at the wineries. (I think that's a legal thing and in no way took away from the tour.)

    This was an amazing tour. The host was very knowledgeable and the food was fabulous. I loved learning how to make Sushi. The boutique wineries had beautiful wines would definitely recommend the tour.
