Frequently Asked Questions
Concerts on Thursday July 4 & Thursday July 18 will be located at Rotary Green, 164 Lions Drive, east of Lions Park.
The Tuesday night concerts on July 9, 23, 30 will be located on the Village Green at 901 Wellington Avenue.
July 4th - Chair setup will be permitted beginning at 8:00am.
July 9, 18, 23 and 30 - Chair setup will be permitted beginning at 3:00pm
Any chairs set up prior to these times will be removed and placed at the edge of the concert area
No blankets, tarps, caution tape or ground coverings are allowed to reserve space.
Please be courteous and respectful of other patrons as you set up your chairs and note that chairs are not permitted in the marked aisles. Also, while you are welcome to set up your chairs and return later in the day, the Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or moved items.
Parking for concerts at Rotary Green (July 4 & 18) is available at the following locations:
Elk Grove High School
Grove Junior High (773 W Elk Grove Boulevard)
Queen of the Rosary Church (680 W Elk Grove Boulevard) - Parking for concert patrons will be available starting at 2PM
Salt Creek School (65 John F. Kennedy Boulevard)
Ridge Family Learning Center (650 Ridge Ave)
Hattendorf Center (225 E Elk Grove Boulevard)
Clearmont School (280 Clearmont Drive)
Audobon Park (300 E Elk Grove Boulevard)
Morton Park (957 Brantwood Avenue)
Limited handicap parking is available beginning at 2PM at Queen of the Rosary Church (680 W Elk Grove Boulevard)
On-street parking is limited to one side of the street in the vicinity of the event and street parking will be prohibited on Elk Grove Boulevard. We encourage attendees who reside nearby to walk to minimize vehicle traffic in the area.
Temporary parking signs will be placed within neighborhoods that are most impacted. Violators will be cited accordingly. Please maintain regular roadway regulations (i.e; not blocking driveways and/or fire hydrants).

Parking for concerts at Village Green (July 9, 23 and 30) is available at the following locations:
Elk Grove Park District Pavilion (1000 Wellington Ave)
Admiral Byrd School (265 Wellington Ave)
Salt Creek School (65 John F. Kennedy Blvd)
CCSD59 Administration Building (1001 Leicester Road)
Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Eberle Parking Garage (804 Biesterfield Road)
Handicapped parking is available at the Elk Grove Village Public Library (1001 Wellington Avenue), which can be accessed from the Elk Grove Town Center lot to the east.
On-street parking is also plentiful around the venue location. We encourage those attendees who reside near the Village Green to walk to minimize vehicle traffic in the area.

Both venues have a designated, labeled, Standing-Room Only area.
At Rotary Green this area is located south of the stage in the Lions Park parking lot.
At Village Green this area is located north of the stage at Village Green.
Standing is NOT permitted in the aisles.
July 4th - Food and Beer will be available by purchase. All proceeds will go directly to the Elk Grove Village Lions Club and the Elk Grove Village Rotary Club. Visit here for more information. Concert attendees are welcome to bring in food and drink from home, or buy food from nearby eateries and bring it in. Any food brought in should be ready to eat--cooking food on-site will not be permitted

This applies to all concerts at both venues.
For the safety, comfort and convenience of attendees, the Village does not allow tables, tarps, construction tape, blankets, towels or any similar ground coverings at the concert. Sun umbrellas, drones and grills are also prohibited.
Chairs and coolers are welcome and encouraged.
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol! Alcohol will be sold at the July 4 and July 18 concerts.
For July 4 and 18 - Please note that no alcohol is permitted on school property, which includes the Elk Grove High School Fields across the street from the concert.
No smoking is permitted at Village events, which includes all concerts in the Summer Concert Series.
Dogs are permitted on public property, but per village ordinance they must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that there will be a large crowd and loud concert, which may cause distress to your pet. Please consider the safety and comfort of your pet and other concert attendees as you make your plans. If a problem arises, you will be asked to remove your dog from the premises.
Questions regarding accommodations for attendees with disabilities should be directed to ada@elkgrove.org. Attendees are encouraged to e-mail ada@elkgrove.org as early as possible with any questions or specific accommodation requests.
In order to make the necessary arrangements, requests for accommodation must be submitted not later than one week prior to the concert for which the accommodations are needed.
