嘩啦！Cafe 103嘅Steiff Teddy熊仔下午茶，真係又可愛又好食！踏入餐廳，個環境好有Feel，眼前一片維港景色，心情即刻好番。茶點嚟喇，每款都靚靚哋，啖啖精緻得嚟，賣相就已經攞晒分👀✨。點到德國芝士蛋糕同雲尼拿慕絲杯，啖啖綿密，甜而不膩，真係食到心都暖笠笠🧁。熱朱古力滑到不得了，濃郁香滑，不會太甜，啱哂香港人口味😋。至於咸點部分，豬肩肉朱古力BBQ醬漢堡，真係有驚喜，嗰個醬料竟然同豬肉咁夾，咬落去肉汁四溢，香口得黎層次分明🍔。最後，當然要同餐廳嘅巨型啤啤熊影張相，整個午後咁滋味，心情都好曬😚🧸。Cafe 103你值得一試，寫意！食得開心，下次還要再黎！👍🎉🍴 continue reading

Christmas afternoon tea just before theme change

Ritz's Christmas afternoon tea has come to an end this week and I was glad I was able to try it.I love how they gave the Christmas tree stand their own twist and making it blue. The view was stunning as always and a delight to enjoy with our afternoon tea.The savory was on the top and the best would be the turkey roll, especially given the cold weather.For the desserts, most of them wowed us though the macaron and cookie was slightly underperformed. The Mont Blanc of this Montblanc afternoon tea was rich and despite being small was quite fulfilling on its own as there was so much filling. The Eggnog mousse definitely had a christmassy taste to it without being too sweet. The macaron and cookie was a bit too sweet thus the original flavor was overwhelmed by the sweetness. However, this promotion ends by 7/1 so by the time this review is published, it should have switched to another theme. continue reading

啱啱去咗食咗個巧克力下午茶，真係一個字—正！先講講個海綿蛋糕，軟綿綿嘅，入口即溶，嗰個巧克力滋味濃郁到喺咀裏面打轉，停唔到。翻嚟就試吓白巧克力摩士，滑溜溜嘅質感同淡淡嘅香甜，真係襯晒 afternoon tea 嘅輕鬆氣氛。再嚟講下餅乾夾心嘅配搭，外面酥脆，裏面夾嗰塊朱古力，一啖脆，一啖軟，層次感十足。同埋個檸檬塔，酸甜比例啱啱好，唔會膩，仲有個隱藏版嘅茉莉花香，飲嗰啖茶，簡直是食物詩篇嘅完美演繹。當然，重點都係嗰特製嘅巧克力了啦。稀有嘅歐比卡可可汁集中了巧克力嘅醇厚，喺每件甜點裏面都有體現，你話，咁嘅味道豈不是即刻把你送到了雲端？🍫✨總之，今次試呢家店嘅下午茶驚喜滿滿。你要係巧克力控，一定要試吓！有咁嘅巧克力，加上鋪天蓋地嘅創意，一個悠閒嘅下午，就咁樣被美好嘅味覺包圍住。🍰🎶💕 continue reading
