This is a city of firsts—first Hebrew school, first Israeli flag, first lyricist of the national anthem, Hatikva, the first melody for Hatikva, among other noteworthy accomplishments. Staff offer very interesting tours of the buildings giving a glimpse to the stories of the city’s development. Guide Nili Arava made the history come alive. Don’t miss seeing the well about three blocks away and the excellent and compelling audio-visual program Aaron presents. Additionally, there are numerous display structures around the area giving a glimpse into the city’s past. However, this visitors center does a great job in promoting and fostering environmental awareness of the community, all in smooth and stimulating way. The staff are very knowledgeable who conveys a good and well presented information for a general public who might me curious how waste water is treated. After a fascinating interactive tour, we gathered in a spacious room for a brilliant video clip followed by entertaining and educational talk. - Meir GevaNess Ziona, Israel813 contributionsThe Carmel Wineries was acquired by a group of partners. The winery in Rishon is not producing anymore, and a brand new winery was recently built in northern Israel, near to mount tabor.
The Rishon old winery is about to be an historical site. It is really a very nice place to visit! Tickets are discounted for Rishon residents, which is nice.
If it is hot out, which it is in the summer, there isn't a lot of shade and there is no air conditioned space or exhibit.

First off, most of the park is made up of old asphalt so if you ever fall off your board you will get a pretty bad burn/bruise.
Second of all is that it's very boring and you can tell that the people who made it had no experience nor understanding of how to make a skatepark.
Also most of the ramps end with a bump by left over asphalt so everytime I go down a ramp I have to jump off my board because the bump will make me potentially hurt myself.
