Celebrity kids who became models

There's no shortage of celebrity kids who have become models, from Lily-Rose Depp and Kaia Gerber to Gabriel Day-Lewis and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

So how do they do it? How do they go from adorable tots to runway stars?

Two words: good genes.

Patrick Wilson's son Kal Wilson, 17, (pictured right) is now a model.

Kal, a keen footballer, has just signed with DT Model Management and his actor parents couldn't be prouder.

"From football player to fashion model, we are so proud of Kal for continuing to carve out his own path," The Conjuring star Patrick told People in a statement.

Kal's mother Dagmara Domińczyk added: "He's got the heart, the brains - and maybe we're biased - but he's also got the beauty."

David Todd, President of DT Model Management, told People that he thinks Kal resembles "a fresh-faced River Phoenix".

Jude Law's striking daughter Iris Law is a force in the fashion and entertainment world.

Born to Jude and his ex-wife Sadie Frost in 2000, Iris started modelling when she was just 15 and signed with IMG Models in 2019.

She's since worked with the likes of Marc Jacobs, Dior and Bulgari, and is a staple at Paris Fashion Week, where she just stepped out for one of the first 2024 shows in a black minidress and matching headpiece.

If her celebrity parentage didn't provide enough gravitas, Iris is also the goddaughter of modelling icon Kate Moss.

The 23-year-old has been an ambassador for Dior Beauty since 2021 and made her runway debut at a Miu Miu's fashion show a year prior in 2020.

Iris also has an acting credit to her name, having appeared in the miniseries Pistol as Soo Catwoman.

You probably don't need to look too closely to figure out whose child this is.

Iris' brother Rafferty Law, known as Raff, is a model, musician and actor – and the son of Jude Law.

He looked every inch as dapper as his famous dad as he attended the UK premiere of his latest movie, Masters of the Air, on January 22, 2024.

Raff was signed to a modelling agency in 2014, and has walked the runway for the likes of Dolce and Gabbana, DKNY and Hugo Boss and appeared on the covers of various fashion bibles.

He has since branched out into the worlds of film and music.

Countless models have stormed the runway at 2024 Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, but only one has the honour of being Andie MacDowell's daughter.

Margaret Qualley strutted her stuff during the Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2024 show, wearing this quirky white and cream ensemble.

The model, actress and dancer looks right at home, which isn't surprising given she made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week at age 16.

It seems Margaret's runway prowess is all in the genes.

The Maid star is the daughter of MacDowell and Paul J Qualley, who met while working as models.

Margaret's walked for Chanel, Valentino and Alberta Ferretti, and appeared in campaigns for Ralph Lauren and Kenzo.

When your mum is Kate Moss, you basically have fashion running through your veins.

So it's no surprise Lila Grace Moss is following in the supermodel's famous catwalk footsteps.

Lila has been steadily carving out a name in the fashion world, most recently appearing in the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Preview Party in London on June 6.

The 20-year-old looked elegant in a slinky, bias-cut black gown.

She certainly held her own next to her supermodel mum when she made her Met Gala debut in 2022. The pair are pictured here in contrasting Burberry gowns.

Lila, whose father is publisher Jefferson Hack, has walked the runway for the likes of Miu Miu, Versace and Fendi, and fronted ad campaigns for Marc Jacobs.

The new jewellery campaign from fashion house Miu Miu marks the modelling debut of Ísadóra Bjarkardóttir Barney.

Name doesn't ring a bell? Rest assured, you've definitely heard of her mum.

Ísadóra is the daughter of Icelandic singer (and queen of quirky fashion choices) Bjork.

Ísadóra is also an actor, most recently appearing in The Northman alongside her famous mother.

It seems she's also inherited the musical gene, and has previously said she's been working on a solo album.

Jessica Rowe and Peter Overton's daughter Allegra is getting ready for her time in the spotlight just weeks after her 16th birthday.

The teenager has just signed a management deal with renowned modelling agency Priscilla's Models, and proud mum Rowe couldn't help but share a photo of her new headshot.

Before embarking on a career in journalism, Rowe also worked as a fashion model in the '80s, scoring gigs both locally and overseas. 

"Who is that girl??? Me at around 18 modelling for a David Jones catalogue!" she previously reminisced on Instagram, while sharing snaps from her modelling heyday. 

"Then I cut off my hair and did catalogues in Germany for a year… not glamorous but I had so much FUN!"

Steve Jobs' daughter, Eve Jobs, is making the next big step in her career.

The 23-year-old announced in March 2022 that she has officially signed with modelling agency dna Model Management.

"Now represented by @dnamodels," she revealed via Instagram.

The exciting news comes hours after her appearance at the Louis Vuitton Womenswear Fall/Winter 2022/2023 show in France, as part of Paris Fashion Week.

Eve walked for Coperni on day three of Paris Fashion Week where she strutted alongside Gigi Hadid, Adut Akech and Mica Argañaraz.

Taking to Instagram, the 23-year-old congratulated the team behind the high-end brand, describing the chance to be a part of the show an honour.

"I can't put into words how extraordinary this collection is. It was an honor to be apart of the vision @coperni. Congratulations to my loves @arnaud_vaillant, @sebastienmeyer, and the entire team."

Eve has previously starred in campaigns for cult beauty brand Glossier and is an accomplished show jumper.

It's no surprises tennis ace Boris Becker's son Elias Becker is a model because growing up, he always knew he had his looks going for him. Besides, it's in his genes too — his mum is German-American fashion designer Barbara Feltus. 

Speaking to The Times, 22-year-old Elias said his parents "couldn't really keep it quiet" that he was blessed in the looks department. 

"I just have to look at myself," he explained. "But it wasn't really something that I viewed as the only thing that mattered."

The model, who is also a DJ, said his mum would often embarrass him and call him beautiful in front of his friends. 

"But...in the last five years I didn't really need any assistance knowing that," he said.

Elias has since moved from the US to London to pursue his modelling career, while also studying filmmaking at Roehampton University in the city. 

Natalia Bryant is slowly but surely securing herself as a true style star. 

The daughter of late NBA star Kobe Bryant made her Met Gala debut on September 13, fitting right in at the glitzy event in her '60s-inspired, egg-shaped dress by Conner Ives.

"I definitely wanted to do something really fun and young," she told ET on the red carpet outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, where the gala was held. 

"I'm so glad Anna Wintour allowed me to wear this exhibit dress. This just feels like a dream."

Natalia was signed with IMG models in February, just 13 months after her legendary father and sister, Gianna, died in a tragic helicopter crash. 

Vanessa Bryant praised her daughter Natalia Bryant when she first embarked on her modelling career.

"My baby (with makeup) #grown @nataliabryant Daddy would be so happy that you're pursuing your modelling career now that you're 18," Vanessa captioned an Instagram post.

"You're beautiful inside and out. Beautiful with makeup and without makeup. We love you."

Natalia signed with IMG models earlier this month. Her late father Kobe Bryant died in a tragic helicopter crash alongside her sister Gianna in January 2020.

Blue Ivy was only nine years old when she started making her mark as a model.

She joined her mother Beyoncé to model the 'Icy Park' collection.

In the shoot, Beyoncé and Blue wore patterned puffer jackets and matching pants.

The campaign photos prove that Ivy may have a future as a fashion model.

Ella Emhoff is the stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris, and she's also a rising star on the fashion scene.

Ella made a surprise appearance at New York Fashion Week on the Proenza Schouler runway show.

Ella, a student at Parsons School of Design, was noticed at the inauguration last month in a Miu Miu coat.

A week later, it was reported she'd signed with IMG models.
