If you don’t want to go out with a wet hair don’t come to the salon! I did a hair colour here and it was ok, however if you don’t want to add a blow dry you will go out soaking wet hair ! They don’t even dry it as they say it is their new policy! Never experienced this before in my life and didn’t expect I would at a salon in Chelsea! Really bad experience and the manager didn’t even think it was wrong to make a client walk out of the Salon with wet hair!

Dear Mrs. Al Latham,
I am sorry you were unhappy with your experience with us on Saturday afternoon. I understand from our team that you were a new client to the salon having just walked in off the street looking to have your colour done late in the afternoon.
The reception team were unsure if this would be possible but did arrange for you to have a consultation with Sai who then recommended our technician Kelly to discuss your options. As you had been having colour elsewhere, Kelly was happy to go ahead and do the service for you. Kelly did inform you of the company policy on blow drying after a colour service, and that our services are not all-inclusive, she booked you a £35 discounted blow dry with one of our junior stylists, which you later chose to cancel.
As I am sure you will appreciate we offer over 250 different services, which are all priced and charged separately to enable clients to create an experience that suits their budget. Much the same as when you go to a restaurant, it is your choice to have a starter or dessert or just your main course, and you would expect to pay accordingly for any additional courses.
Again, apologies that our services did not align with your expectations on this occasion but we are happy that you were pleased with the services of Kelly, the technician who looked after your colour service.

I went as a model as I felt it may have been expensive for me.I had a root colour and highlights with Pete.My hair is absolutely amazing! The most perfect colour and highlights it honestly has taken years of me!
I now realise just why people would be willing to pay for the best!
I will gladly pay whatever the price is to have this hairstyle again.
I am sooo pleased.

Lucia did such an amazing job on my hair! She did half a head of highlights and I had so many compliments. From my hair to her customer service she was great! I would definitely recommend booking in with her if you ever go to Richard Ward Hair.

Done by an amateur never again, old fashion, not up to date with todays styles, need training,, thinning scissors that was used in the war, you can only see a bad cut after three weeks of growth , terrible, rhianna need some training for today’s style’s,

Sorry, but I have to say I am a little confused by your review as the only Rhianna we have working here is a Saturday girl who comes in to help out and she wouldn't be anywhere near a client with anything other than shampoo, conditioner, or a Tangle Angel.

Absolutely dreadful. Had a treatment for £185 , keratin memory .
Absolutely gutted about spending all this money for nothing.
No result whatsoever, the worst I ever had, and I have been doubt it for many years now, usually fantastic for frenzy dry hair, brings shine , and say to mange, but not this time.
Overpriced salon.

So sorry you have not been satisfied with the end result of your Memory Form treatment. From what you have paid I can see you chose to have the MemoryForme Express version which is a much lighter formula, designed for fine, frizzy, fly away hair that needs taming while not taking all the body from the hair. If you have thinker more unruly hair this would not be the natural go-to product but rather the full MemoryForme service. This service is much more intensive and longer lasting but as it takes more time to apply and two members of the team to iron into the hair it does work out more expensive at £285. The full MF service is much longer lasting (up to three months) and the whole process of blow drying and smoothing away the fluff or frizz becomes a far easier process. Both versions are incredibly popular at the salon but it is important that we get the correct process to suit your individual client needs.
I am sorry you did not contact me to let me know you were not happy with the end result but moving forward if you contact me directly gavin@richrdward.com I would be happy to get you booked in for the full MF service and as a gesture of goodwill we would deduct the £185 you have already paid from your bill.
We hope to welcome you back to the salon very soon so we can be given the opportunity to give you back your happy hair.
