So I told him what I had, the pain I had and told him it had been 3 years ago, they told me I had polyps and he said they did it and when I told him about the pain he told me so taking the medicine for constipation, that's what he told me and from there he didn't give me anything, nor did he tell me anything else. That stayed with me for about 10 or 5 minutes, maybe nothing more. I do not recommend it nor do I want to see it happen again with the (unreadable) it was and last time that is all.

The attention was excellent, both from the doctor and from those who assisted me at the front desk and the nurse. Everything was very good, thank you.

Always attentive to my needs in a timely manner.

To begin I want to tell you that at Doctor they are in a hurry and they don't want to listen to one's opinion when they like to be told what one has but they don't put much stress on you and I wanted to tell him could he order me some x-rays and told me that they were not necessary because he had information. I didn't like that because it appeared in a rush and they don't pay a lot of attention.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful nurses and staff, experienced phlebotomist and most of all, Dr. Jordan was very attentive and took the time to show that he actually cared about my well being.

Personally, I would like there to be more female doctors who speak Spanish so that we can understand each other and that there are doctors who take their time with each patient, thank you.

I would like for them to have appointments that are not so far out because we end up having to wait a long time.

Everything is perfectly fine, the services are all perfect, thank you.

Dr. Jordan was very, very complete in all his answers, no matter how many questions my family asked. Very understanding and very thorough. I like him a lot. Very good doctor. Very intelligent and very thorough.

Dr. Jordan recommended the dieticians at the PIH in Whittier. As of today I've lost 47 lbs. Dr. Jordan saved my life in 2016 and he's saving it yet again by helping me with my weight-loss program in recommending the dieticians. My hero!

I been seeing Dr (name removed) and for some reason she sent me to Dr Jordan since he is my primary care physician, He gave me that impression that he did not understand why she had sent me to him, and he said that she could off handle it. He did nothing for me his visit was a waste of my time and money

Everything is very good, thank God from the General Administration and Dr Jordan, very pleased with this care yesterday I went to the doctor, thank you, and everything turned out very well, thank you.

At first, I was upset that the schedulers wouldn't give me an appointment as soon after Nov 1st as possible. They didn't have any record of me changing my IPA, and wouldn't accept an email from Blue Shield verifying the change. But when I was finally in the system (around 10 days before Nov 1), they were able to make an appointment for me with my chosen PCP on Nov 3. That was a relief. I have multiple medical issues that need monitoring.

Best expensive I have had so far when visiting a provider. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen, the lab was fast and easily accessible in the office. The dr listened to all my concerns. I would definitely recommend to all my family.

I like the treatment they give at the clinic. They treat patients well. I would recommend them.

Dr. Jordan, I've been with him for many many years and he is an awesome doctor, he understands and he's very polite and very professional and always gives good advice.

Hi. My name is (PHI removed). My experience was good in your facility. But the only thing that I don't like is the wait on a appointment, it takes a while and then if your referral from a doctor to a clinic, I don't know why is it that you need to wait a longer time to for the appointment to get seen when it's a referral.

That they do not change. They are very kind and I felt very comfortable.

I made an appointment with PIH HEALTH on August 23,2023. I made the $40 copayment asked of me. Dr Richard Jordan saw me as a patient, but refused to help me. He claimed he could not administer any aid as he was not my primary health physician. He then sent me away to the front desk to make an appointment with primary physician instead. I am unhappy about how I was treated and am irate that I paid for service that was not given to me. I am demanding that my $40 copayment be reimbursed to me. I have Primary Insurance and Secondary Insurance for PIH plan. Dr. Jordan wrote in the report that he did a physical exam, but he didn't. He also mentioned a hospital I wasn't even admitted too. All he kept saying was that he couldn't help me and to go to the front desk and schedule an appointment with my primary doctor (name removed).

When I had my appointment for my yearly physical, the doctor showed up and I asked him if he spoke Spanish. He said no, but at no moment did he offer to bring someone to explain some things to me. He did it. I think he should have brought a person to translate the information for me that was most important so I could understand perfectly. I didn't like it, that he didn't bring anyone to explain it all to me at all. I don't think he is an adequate doctor to attend in an area where the majority of people speak Spanish. Many of them want someone to translate for them. That's all I want to comment.

I love the fact that it is with in walking distance of my house ..... And Dr.Jordan is a true professional!!

I am at this office every three months for follow up care and I am in and out in less than an hour.

Whenever I have to go with this group of professionals, I am well cared for and treated. That is why I recommend them 100%.

I felt that the Dr had other things in his mind. He even told me that it is really busy there. Not something you what to hear when seeing a New Dr!

Hi, good morning. For the last few months, I've had a bad experience, not with the office staff in front, just with the doctor and I believe her name is the head nurse, (names removed) just being, I don't want to say shady, but not being honest....saying they are going to call me back, call my pharmacist, provide me with the medication needed and then, next thing I know, I got to call them 2 or 3 times because the medication isn't there or it's not proper quantity; just very disappointing.

Dr. Jordan is the best

I recommend them to my family and friends. The doctor is very qualified and always takes very good care of me.

I hope they can help me control my high blood pressure, as I hope that they would. I trust that I will be able to achieve it.
