Revolution is a short-lived post-apocalyptic drama on NBC that takes place a decade and a half after The Blackout, in 2027, when electricity is disabled, and society is wrecked. A band of survivors work together to bring back the world to its former glory. The first season started with the airing of the Pilot on NBC on September 17, 2012, and the second with Born in the U.S.A. on September 25, 2013. It is loosely based on the Emberverse novel series by S. M. Stirling.[src]
