I've written 4 different complaints including the Massachusetts Securities Division, what a mess...I cannot even withdraw my own money nor contact Robinhood.

They’re a terrible platform to invest with. Withdrawal is almost purposefully made impossible .

I had to get help removing my money from the website. After a lot of back and forth with Robinhood support, I was directed to contact: Forexfraudteam@***m They resolved my issue within 3 days.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would so Robinhood decided to freeze my account without telling me. Unfortunately this non-existent level of customer service and inability to provide a basic, fundamental trading facility to a long term customer means they can't be taken seriously. Ａｙｒ，ＬＰ program is structured into modules addressing several key areas of focus and restoration.

One day my account became restricted for suspicious activity, and there was nothing wrong. I think my bank rejected a transfer, now I cant access account, cant update number. I keep getting fake reps through email. They have done nothing. I asked for them to contact my trusted contact no answer. This isnt right. The emails keep telling me to follow instructions nothing is working. Please help me Pissed Consumer. My Trusted account cant get any help. Whats the purpose of having a trusted contact. This is ridiculous. Im at the point where I dont want to even be a customer anymore. Im highly disappointed in ROBINHOOD.

After eight years with Robinhood, I was recently locked out of my account with no explanation. When I tried to contact customer support, I was blocked on the app with a notice that I needed to submit a copy of my bank statement with my home address, not a mailing center address. I'm assuming this is KYC, but there was no explanation. My bank statement does not have my home address and never will. I live in a rural area with no mail service, and I have used a mailing center address for thirty years. Robinhood allowed me to sign up with this address. The problem is, Robinhood will not allow me to contact customer support via chat, phone, or email on the app or on the web, unless I first provide them with a bank statement that shows my home address. It's a catch-22 that goes round and round. Robinhood is holding my money hostage with no way to recover it or speak with anyone to find a solution. They won't even let me close my account.

Without consulting with me, Robinhood and Chase (the Spend Account on Robinhood) rejected two authorized ACH withdrawals flagging my account as 'fraudulent'. My first ACH was to Coinbase which triggered their system to flag me and then reject the 2nd too and then to put a complete restriction on my entire account. I provided Robinhood with all the security info they required DL, Passport, Bank Statements, live selfies, you name it and they are still taking forever to review my account. Meanwhile because of their actions, Coinbase liquidated my crypto position the next day at a loss unnecessarily and I lost thousands of dollars. Meanwhile I cannot trade and the market is moving esp. after the ETF announcement and I am completely stuck and this is in addition to the five full days I have been going around in circles with Robinhood's foreign tech support (from Manila, P). Their tech support has no power to do anything and their "specialist" teams are equally useless and take forever and never get back to you within any reasonable amount of time. I want ALL of my funds off of their platform now. You should NEVER do business here. This can happen to you!! They will treat you like a criminal and do whatever they want with your funds for whatever reason and not give you good support and never give you the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say this has been a complete nightmare and I wish I had never ever transferred any funds onto their platform to be abused this way.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was able to get access to my investments and account.

I thought i was about to loose my hard earned money deposited in to Robinhood account. Reading about the other people made me realize how lucky i was to recover my account.

Robinhood claimed that i logged in from a restricted location (I live in Washington State) Robinhood locked my account I Tried calling, emailing, etc. To reach someone live from Robinhood when your account is locked is impossible to reach a live agent without the app. I would not doubt that this complaint forum is Owned by Robinhood. Is There anybody out there that can help. I feel like i just got defrauded of my money, assests, and investments from Robinhood.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Due to the intervention of Pissedconsumer, I received a reply and a solution to my problem.

It was by the action taken by Pissedconsumer that Robinhood complied with giving me my needed funds.

I will never deal with this company again. Thank you Pissedconsumer for resolving my problem!!

I have contacted customer service over a dozen times, verified my ID over 6 times, been disconnected over 4 times, and had my case number told to me that it was solved. I have all the emails to prove this and believe that fraud is being committed by Robinhood. I cannot use the telephone to contact customer service because Robinhood has now blocked that option, I am using email, but they keep telling me that my case is closed, to which I never agreed to that. I am being held out of my account by Robinhood and feel their actions are fraudulent and decieving.

I have made a deposit of $450 and as soon as I tried making one transaction my account was blocked. After multiple emails, phone calls, etc. now I cannot reach anyone at Robinhood. They have requested to submit bank statement by April 16, they got a bank statement, my passport, my social security on April 14. When I followed up, they just said: your case has been closed. All I get these robotic responses via email, impossible to talk to live support. THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A TRADING PLATFORM I HAVE EVER HAD!!

I cannot log into my account because I have a new device. When I attempt update my phone number to get the code sent I continue to get an error message and not allowed to update my phone. When I contact support via email I received email back directing back to the same link that takes me back to the same screen that gives the error. I have been in a complete circle with NO resolution. I must obtain my tax documents for previous years so I can respond to the state and federal IRS immediately.

I invested with robinhood and at first they were great,i invested $220,000 and I made a nice profit but when I wanted to withdraw I never heard from them again, they still have my money and won't give it back, have tried emails and phone calls and they won't reply and have blocked my number.i met an attorney lesha to go down legal channels to try and get my money back and i was able to get back my money with the help of ATTORNEY LESHA. i contacted them through their mail (leshaspruiellkog45 @ g m a i l . c o m)and i submitted all the evidence that i was scammed there. You can also filed your complaint if you want to get back your money.

My Robinhood Account is Locked.

I opened Robinhood account, put my money in and traded half of the money I put in. Problem 1. Since I deposited and traded, my account was waiting on verification for two weeks (when I tried to transfer to another wallet). Problem 2. I received Email and announcement on my App that I should verify my phone number, bank account, etc... I did the verification, but I still get the same "waiting on verification" for the last two weeks. I can't transfer my money back to my bank and not able to transfer crypto another wallet. Problem 3. While I still wait for account approval (verify), I have to switch my phone number (still have the same phone), I request a phone number change inside the App, it did not allow me to change my phone. Problem 4. Robinhood have phone number and always point back to the procedure inside the App (request a call back). Since my phone is hacked, and I changed my phone number without changing my profile phone number. I have no way of contacting Robinhood help desk. Problem 5. Chat inside the App is not working, it requests a call back.
