Resort world casino is very clean but do not have warm water in the bathrooms. The machines sometimes clean. Not much of food courts and dining restaurants. Years before they had gifts shops such a Jimmy chew , and electronic gifts shop. It was fun years ago playing at the casino because each player received high free play based on their points or good gifts given from the casino. Players today don’t receive any gifts and less amount of money in their free play for high points. The machines also pay out less jackpots and the bones are less and the pay line combination lessons for players. Something the bones takes a long time to occur 40 spins with a $5 bet on a penny machine and less money during the bonus. Most time it’s a loss than a win. Lots of Chinese People's names are called to win a car or consolation prizes. They dominate the casino.

Wanted some entertainment without the long trip, and this fit that bill. The place is large, well-maintained and has more than 6,000 ways to lose money - er, machines, I mean. While it is very easy to find a machine that amuses you, it is extremely difficult to win a dime. Basically, you are just overpaying by a lot for a bit of fun. Spin, lose, spin, lose, rinse and repeat. Do the pocket dig. More nothing promptly appears. There is no way that many folks are playing yet no one is winning anything. And the folk who do, rarely, wear extremely grim expressions and depart immediately because apparently what they are winning is some of what they lost. While I returned home whole, I cannot recommend this place, lovely as it is, because it is a fast cash vacuum at its core. Take my word for it and avoid this place like the plague. There are far better options that are not that far away.

Upon my arrival at this Hotel, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they did not have Valet parking and we had to Park our car in a lot across the road and walk back up a ramp as Guests. Resorts can and should do better than this. There is NO Security in the Parking lot and anyone can park whether you are a Guest or day player. This lack of concern for customer safety and security needs to be evaluated and rectified. If not, they will no longer get my service. I must say I did enjoy my meal at PW Steakhouse.

This place is disgusting. At seven in the evening the entrance bathroom had no paper towels and looks like it had not been cleaned all day. Toilet paper hanging out over the bowls and the SMELL ugh. there is only freezing cold water to wash your hands?? Bathroom in the upper floors were no different. So many of the machines are out of order and spend as much as you want, NO WINS. They don't deserve to get one of the new lease license they are applying for.

They have many slots and the staff is very friendly. I wish they had staff serve coffee and drinks earlier in the day. I will no longer visit Queens or NYC. You never know when there could be a protest in NYC with major roads closed.
