How to recover window 10 mail password?

I have gotten a mail client now and I need to recover the password in the default email.  Is there a way to do this?  My host keep redirecting me to a link that I cannot answer those question.

I understand that you want to recover password for your account using the Windows Mail app. I’ll certainly assist you with the details.

 

I would like to inform that we cannot retrieve the password from the Windows Mail app, however, you can check if the password is saved in Windows Credential Manager. To check the Windows Credential Manager, refer the article on Accessing Credential Manager.

The default email passwords are not located in the web credential manager.

It is however located in the registry files.  I like info on where and how to recover the password located in the registry. 

If Microsoft cannot provide assistance on their own product then so be it.  But I like to know can Microsoft assist me in recovering my email passwords?
