Password reset - but no email being received

Hello, 

I'm trying to change my email address to a new email, but it says the new email is already existing. 

So I'm trying to reset the password of the new email, but I'm not receiving the password reset link. Are you able to trigger it from the backend please?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to check our cloud server, could you please provide the old and new email addresses? To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Lastly, are you able to login to Nitro Sign using the old email address? Does it still have documents it in?
