Bot Lane

After a while without playing I decided to change lane in case of mid to adc but what was already bad before is now worse, before I even had a small chance to duel against poke mages, assassins in the jungle but now it's almost impossible without someone to help you, so I wanted to ask your opinion on what is best these days, I want to continue in botlane so the question is, play as adc or go as support (mage, peel) and assist the adc or any other carry What do you have on the team or do I go as adc? I know that on both sides I will depend on the other lane "partner" being reasonably good so, what do you think about this?
